This Courtside Villa is a 1st floor unit, all on one level, just steps to the pool and beach. Cool off with one of the pools right outside either of 2 sets of sliding back doors! Courtside Villas are within a few blocks of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can enjoy tennis privileges (up to one hour per day per unit). Courtside has two on-site pools, a lagoon, fountain, and off-street parking. The Villa is just a few blocks from Coligny Plaza, which offer restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

This Villa is ideal for 6, but can sleep up to 8, if your group includes kids.

This Courtside villa is fully furnished and totally equipped. Layout of villa includes 2 private bedrooms, each with large private bath, a full modern kitchen, dining room, large living room and private deck to the pool. Standard appliances include, washer/dryer, central AC, refrigerator with ice maker, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, drinking glasses and all utensils.

Courtside is located just steps away from the ocean in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head… one of Island’s most popular locations. In addition to being within walking distance to the beach you are also close to Coligny Plaza, tennis, golf, bike trails and jogging paths. In addition to being close to the beach, many fine restaurants and shopping are also within easy walking distance!

One hour of free tennis at Van der Meer Tennis Center daily. Requires Reservation.
