Ce joyau est caché dans le West End, dans la très souhaitable rue Pleasant. 3 pâtés de maisons de la rue commerciale. Cette résidence est l'endroit idéal pour deux couples ou une famille. Jardin paysager privé avec une grande terrasse et un bain à remous pour six personnes. La cour dispose d'une grille, d'un hamac ainsi que d'un coin salon pour dîner à l'extérieur. Il s'agit également d'un vaste espace avant permettant de s'asseoir et de prendre un café le matin. Cheminée, wi-fi, câble (grand nombre de stations), chiens considérés. Small but Mighty

This cozy cottage was a perfect little getaway for two adults who like to sprawl a little. It’s small, about 500 sq ft I’d guess, with an equal sized backyard. We would have preferred it to be a little further from neighbors, but it really FELT secluded. Very quiet at night, so if you like a woodsy night (slept with windows open and enjoyed the crickets) you’ll enjoy this place. The owners would probably make Scott from Vacation House Rules proud as every inch of the space was utilized to maximize your comfort; fully stocked kitchen (they even left us a couple bottles of wine and some fresh flowers), plenty of linens, comfy beds, roomy shower, great hammock out back for napping… they really thought of everything! There was literally nothing we wished had been available that wasn’t. This is located about a 10 minute walk to one end of commercial street, so do bring some sneakers if you’re going to walk the whole time. They do provide bikes and we took a cab twice due to rain, but the location was really nice to come back to at night and enjoy the peace and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were easy to communicate with. The place had fun extras like bikes/grill/washer. Located in a quiet spot but so near food shopping/Pickleball courts and yet close to the center of town. Very attractive comfortable furnishings, etc.

Great outdoor spaces!!

The house was about five blocks, an easy walk, to commercial street and yet the neighborhood was very quiet. The house has both a front outdoor seating area with a fire table and a rear seating area. We mostly used the rear seating area because it’s very private and comfortable. Great outdoor shower. The kitchen is small and sparse but workable. We appreciated the ample linens and other supplies in the house. Lastly, Michael was very responsive when we had questions about the house during our week there.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

My partner and I (plus our wonderful dog) spent 10 days at the property and loved it. The house is an easy walk to Commercial Street and other Ptown attractions, but is also tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes and gardens. We enjoyed the backyard and brand new grill. The house also has a gas fireplace that turns on with a flick of a switch — perfect for those rainy, cooler day!

Bright, refreshed & excellent location, without all the noise! Minutes from Commercial & grocer!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kevin & Michael's place, this past July. The check in process was a breeze, and the gentlemen made sure they were clear on the process and easy to communicate with, leading up to check-in. You can clearly tell that they take pride and care of their property as the style is perfectly reflected in the listing pictures. No issues using anything in the home, all worked as designed and without hassle. The landscaping is lush and definitely lends itself to the quiet and calm street this home is situated on. Make sure you take advantage of all the amenities in the back yard/deck area, especially the grill and outdoor shower! We had one issue upon check-in, and it was clarified same day, after sending the hosts a message. This was a return to Ptown for us, so we're familiar with what amenities are normal and others that are a rarity. One listed amenity (in pictures and property details) was a 6 person hot tub, enclosed in the private, back yard. Upon arrival (Saturday), we noticed the hot tub was not anywhere to be found, and the shower was in its place. The rest of the home was great and so was the price/location, so we were still very happy to stay, esp since it is Ptown, so it's not like there were tons of other options in general. Since it was listed as an amenity and also pictured, we reached out to Kevin and Michael, to confirm that the price per night was NOT reflective of having a rare amenity, such as a hot tub? Both Kevin and Michael replied separately, although the responses were not in unison. We were told that the hot tub was taken out 2 years ago, just after COVID started, and that they had not updated the listing since then. Then we were also told that if we felt we were being mislead, we could stay Saturday and Sunday night for free, cancel the rest of the 9 day rental without fee and find another rental "with a hot tub" on Monday. ??? While the offer itself was nice, we had mentioned prior that we simply wanted to check the price and make sure it was reflective of an amenity they no longer had. Additionally, if you're familiar w Ptown in the summer, it was a bit rude for one to suggest that we could "find another place w a hot tub", when they know the town is sold out. We again clarified that we were completely happy w the rental otherwise and continued our full stay. Just odd to have an amenity listed for 2 years past its expiration, esp since updating VRBO takes minutes. All in all, great stay! Ty!

Above and beyond is an understatement

We came to Provincetown for our honeymoon and our hosts Michael and Kevin were most gracious. They communicated with us throughout the whole process from our initial reservation to providing dining and exploration ideas for our stay. And when we had questions they were quick to respond making for easy quick communication. The property was beautiful and well kept. We felt like we were home the minute we stepped inside. It was set back off the main hustle and bustle, while still being just a 5-10 minute walk down to Commercial St and the center of town. We truly got to just relax and fully unwind in a quiet, relaxing, and comfortable space. Anyone who gets the chance to stay here won’t regret it. We’ll definitely be back and hopefully can stay here again.

Peaceful Retreat

This is a very comfortable home in a very peaceful neighborhood. The outdoor spaces in the front and back of house were perfect for quiet relaxation or getting together with friends in sunshine or shade. At the same time, the house is only a short walk to the activity on Commercial Street. Owners were really friendly, communicative and helpful in every way. We had a wonderful time.

the home is perfect in every way

We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay during our week in ptown. First, the location. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet so close to commercial st, restaurants, coffee, grocery stores, and anything else you will need during your stay. Second, the home is fantastic. The rooms are well maintained and extremely comfortable for 4 people. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and includes a lovely rain showerhead. There is also plenty of outdoor space to relax alone or with guests. The back patio includes a dining table, an additional seating area, and a beautiful outdoor shower. The front patio provides another place to relax with a gas fire table to enjoy in the evening. The house also came with 2 bikes that came in handy for trips to the pool and beach. Everyone who came to visit during our stay commented on what a great find it was. We were so happy with the entire trip and will certainly be back soon!

Lovely place close to Commercial but on a quiet street. Outdoor space was great for relaxing and hosting friends in the area. Did quite a bit of cooking with all the necessary utensils provided. Hosts were very responsive and attentive.

We stayed for a week, great place, we loved the outdoor spaces and the new outdoor shower was a fantastic (added) bonus. Lots of space to spread out in and in a quiet part of P town that was still close to everything. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Perfection in P-Town!

To say this place is great is an understatement! Wonderful two- bedroom that so close to all the benefits of Commercial but tucked away in a quiet sleepy neighborhood, 10 out of 10 would recommend! Can wait to come back next year!

Lovely place great location

We had a great time in ptown- this property was perfect for two couples -the spacious seating on the patio made this the perfect place for us to eat and relax. Close to commercial street as well as main grocery. Hosts were bee accommodating and easy to work with- great time and lots of beers memories.

PTown haven

We loved the location ... just a few blocks walk to downtown with access to many restaurants. The cottage is on a quiet street - beautiful front and backyard outdoor living space with adequate parking. Exceptional hosts!

Perfect stay for our first time in PTown

We had the best time staying at Michael and Kevin's home! It was the perfect location -- just a short walk/bike ride to nightlife and beaches. Our dog Butter even loved lounging in the backyard. We would absolutely book a stay here again!

Perfect, quiet, comfortable, renovated and great location

Many thanks Michael and Kevin for making our stay at your place very comfortable and convenient. Your place was perfect for our week-long stay. Well done on the renovations and the new outdoor deck area. Your place was spacious, great for a couple, 2x couples or a young family. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Thank you for providing us bikes for our week. This gave us one less thing to worry about. The location is perfect, set in a quiet pocket on the west side of Ptown. Only about 5-7minute walk to the west side of Commercial Street, close to coffee shops, restaurants, and many other fun things. Access to the beach is a quick bike ride away depending on which one you choose. Thanks again for having us. We’ll be happy to stay there again in the future! Cheers, Anthony and Marcos.
