Superbe location hebdomadaire de deux chambres récemment rénovée au cœur de l'extrémité ouest de Provincetown. À quelques pas du débarcadère de la ville au Captain Jack's Wharf, Relish et Victors. Mobilier contemporain flambant neuf, patio en pierre meublé privé exclusif entouré de plantations matures. Cuisine complète avec tous les appareils modernes, y compris laveuse / sécheuse, climatisation et stationnement pour 1 véhicule. Ceci est une unité de trois étages avec vue sur le port depuis le balcon de la chambre au troisième étage. C'est vraiment une propriété très unique et l'une des plus belles locations de Provincetown. Second time staying here and was another great experience! Everything was clean and organized on arrival, plenty of supplies for the beach, and amazing to have the patio available. Good location and easy access to the beach. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful space, perfect for a long weekend with a dear friend.

This was our second time staying at this property and it’s just perfect for a getaway! Very clean and comfortable and the location was a dream! We’ll always try to stay here!

Wonderful stay in a great location

We recently spent a week in this rental and had a great stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Great location in the West End. Beach chairs included and walked across the street to the beach. Sal's Place for dinner and Relish for coffee and lunch 5 minute walk. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals in the house, beds were comfortable. I hope we can return next summer!

Lovely West End Ptown location

This was a perfect location in the West End of Ptown for our family… two adults and two 9yos. We could walk anywhere easily and the property was just as described. Our boys said it was “the best house ever.” Thank you!

PROVINCETOWN PERFECTION AND MORE

The Patio was incredible. Location, Accommodations, all the extra touches, never mind the interior was like new and beautiful. Location, parking, neighborhood, accommodations, views, all in one. We were all blown away. And Ellen is a Superstar!!! Best communication we have ever had. Thank you so much for a great stay!!!

Excellent find

The Patio in Provincetown truly made our family time together in Cape Cod extremely memorable. Location and walking proximity to great restaurants and bars is amazing, with a nice little town beach practically a stone’s throw away. Inside is updated and well kept, with a nicely equipped kitchen and large living area on the second floor. The layout is great with the spiral staircase and loft upstairs with the large bed and outdoor spot to have coffee. The bonus private patio outside the first floor was perfect, with nice lush plantings. Having the grill and outdoor furniture really expands the home after a great beach day(!) The incredibly quick, kind response and resolution of an issue we had the first day by Ellen and Randy (mgmt team) along with the owner made us feel like extremely welcome guests. Nearby highlights: Race Point Beach (really, the entire National Seashore) and hiking across the Provincetown causeway at low tide. Amazing.

Impeccable property

The Patio property is exceptionally well designed and well located on West Vine Street, close to Victor's and to Relish. The apartment feels spacious and is comfortable and clean. There were three of us, and we felt well accommodated. The apartment is three floors, with a bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom on the first floor; a bathroom and large living room on the second floor, and a lofted with a second bed and a balcony with a water view on the third. The space is well-used and uncluttered. We would be happy to return.

Perfect Location

Everything about the condo was great! Very clean, easy to find & park. Could not ask for a better location- walkable to everything, but just far enough away to be quiet at night. Kitchen is stocked well enough to cook meals, plus there’s a grill on the lovely patio. Ellen was very responsive & updated me on a changed check in procedure several days in advance. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in the West End!

This property was perfect for us, on a quiet street but just a short walk or bike ride to everything. The combination of a patio with grill, upper deck, common space, and parking met all our needs. Plenty of space to store bikes, they provided beach chairs and towels, and parking was easy for runs to the grocery store or elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again!

Week in Provincetown

Beautiful multilevel condo in the West End. We loved morning and evenings on the 3rd floor balcony and dinners on the patio. With easy access to all that Provincetown has to offer we highly recommend this beautiful place.

Excellent stay, amazing hosts

We are a family of four with two adult boys, and although one decided to stay on the couch we were all perfectly comfortable. there is so much space on the second-floor landing where the living room is, we had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space when we needed it. We have been to PTown at least a half dozen times over the last 15 years and this space accommodated our grown-up family. We left behind a prized Red Sox jersey and our hosts mailed it to us right away. The Patio is clean, modern, and the location cannot be beat. There is a beach at the end of the street for a quick swim or an afternoon of reading. Walking into town is a piece of cake. Plus, there is AC, a big bonus during the hot week we spent there. I cannot say enough great things about The Patio, I will recommend the location to anyone who is looking for an extended getaway!

Such a clean and comfortable stay! You can't beat the West End location and this space certainly didn't disappoint. From the spacious living space, to the super comfy beds and picturesque views atop the porch - it's definitely a place worth returning!

Great Experience!

The property, which we learned was a renovated factory building from the 1700s, was perfectly finished. The layout of the rooms was ideal and the quality of the work was evident in the careful attention to detail in craftsmanship and materials selected. Ellen and Randy were great hosts and very helpful and responsive to us during our stay. Everything was very clean when we arrived, the kitchen was well stocked (utensils, pots & pans, dishes, detergents, etc.) and it was a great pleasure to stay here. Very nice neighborhood, too! I highly recommend this place and will plan to return at some point in the future.

I had never been to P-town before! This place is beautiful, one block from the beach, and a leisurely stroll to Commercial St where all the action is. If I ever come back, you can bet I’ll stay here again!

Great Ptown place!

This is a great place all around. The pics do it justice and it is clean and very well maintained. Ellen is great to work with too! The place has multiple living spaces, both inside and out, allowing for you to spread out. The small deck off the loft bedroom was our favorite place to end each day.

Great location and great space!

3 levels may seem a lot but great for a group to spread out in. Property manager was responsive and great to work with. The patio was awesome to use, and I could throw a baseball to the beach. Can’t wait to return. Loved it!!

Perfect retreat!

My family had the best 2 weeks staying here. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and a short walk to the beach. The house is amazing and the rooms are designed for comfort. We loved our stay and hope to come back again!
