BRAND NEW 1200 sq ft renovated barn featuring a game room/lounge area and wall mounted 75” Smart TV. Oversized couch that turns into a queen sleeper. Two floors of the barn, featuring so many cozy spots! Each floor has its own mini-split for heat & AC. Cool features remain from the original 1890s barn, including the original horse stalls. The second floor features a second floor window with breathtaking views of the lake. Please note the barn does not have a bathroom, but we have recently attached the barn to the house! Its amazing. There are two separate entrances to the barn for additional privacy and space.

You will be in awe of how close Oar House is to your own pond (only a few have direct lake access) and our property is the closest to the pond with its own private beach and swim dock, as well as kayaks and canoes and watercraft, and a firepit. The lake is fully stocked with an array of fish and there’s even a trout derby every year in May. Inside the property, you have Lake views from almost every interior room. We do have additional parking in the summer in our second driveway to accommodate larger groups or a trailer during Laconia Bike Week!
