âą Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): A large private space with two queen beds, a sitting area overlooking the property, a smart TV, a large closet, paper shredder, a workspace / or office space, and a table & chairs for playing games, puzzles or cards.

âą Den: Cozy and inviting with a gas fireplace (only for use in the winter months) boasts a perfect setting for relaxing with a book and coffee. There is a small book library in the bookshelf cupboard.

*****The house has STARTER SUPPLIES only, Guests will need to bring or purchase their other needs after starter supplies are depleted. We provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, detergent needs, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, a few garbage bags, foil, saran wrap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also supplied are basic kitchen spices, salt & pepper, coffee, tea bags and sugar.

âą No smoking or vaping indoors or on the screened-in porch (designated outdoor smoking areas available) Penalty of $500.00 will apply if this occurs & guests will need to vacate immediately and no refund will be given for breaking the rule. Deposit will be forfeited as well.
âą No parties / events -Penalty of $500.00 will apply if this occurs & guests will need to vacate immediately and no refund will be given for breaking the rule. Deposit will be forfeited as well. ABSOLUTELY NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS OR VISITORS ARE TO BE AT THE HOUSE. THIS INCLUDES VISITORS JUST STOPPING BY, SMALL GATHERINGS, OR HOSTING EVENTS OR DINNER ETC. ONLY GUESTS STAYING AND LISTED ON THE RESERVATION ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOME AT ANY TIME.
* Keyless entry code will be provided for entry and self-check-in
* Quiet time is 10pm (7 nights per week) be considerate to neighbors
* Guests should remove their shoes at the doorway entries to keep clean carpet/
environment (shoe trays are provided)
* No 3rd party bookings (Person reserving must also be staying as guest)
* No mail may be delivered to the residence
* Guests may not trespass into other property that borders with this home.
Property stakes are in place on the side of home facing the woods. Guests may
not pass the markers or obtain firewood from the woods. There are trail
cameras in use and monitored.
* Guests should leave property in same condition as it was upon arrival (of
course laundry will be completed upon checkout by management and basic
cleaning). If more than average cleaning is required; additional charges will
occur. Checkout list will be provided.
* Any theft or damage will be addressed accordingly with police. Guests will be
responsible to pay for damages to property or contents.
* Security cameras are in use 24/7 on the outside of the home and property. The
exterior of the house cameras face all entry points and entire property.
Absolutely no tampering with the security cameras, plug ins, or wi-fi
connections of any kind. Alerts are sent to management and will be addressed
immediately. If tampered with or disconnected, guests will be evicted off of
the premises without refund and additional charge of $500.00 will be charged
for tampering and deposit will be forfeited.
* Garage and basement are NOT INCLUDED in the rental. Access is not
permitted in either.
Both areas are alarmed. If any attempt is made to open doors, or locks,
Property Manager will be notified. If tampered with; guests will be evicted off
of the premises without refund and additional charge of $500.00 will be
charged for breaking the rule. Any deposit will be forfeited.
* Adults must be present at all times with children under the age of 15.
* When leaving the property, all doors must be locked.
* Do not leave entry doors open at any time. They must remain shut to help
prevent pests.
