Downstairs you'll find the second living and dining room. Couch downstairs folds out to a hide-a-bed (memory foam mattress). Each space has seating arrangements to accommodate your party of up to 6.

BEDROOMS and DEDICATED WORK SPACE
The home has 3 fully furnished bedrooms (2 upstairs and one down) all with high quality queen beds. The bedrooms upstairs are tradition; equipped with closets, hangers. and one (upstairs) with a large hydraulic standing/sitting desk. This home is well suited for those traveling for work or working while traveling. The downstairs bedroom is loft style (no door) and overlooks the covered patio and spa with a peek-a-boo view of the Sound. Black out blinds are provided in each of the bedrooms for early to bed and day sleepers. The lower bedroom has stainless access.

LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN (LOCATED ON EACH FLOOR)
The main floor has an open design - living, dining and kitchen are one. The newly modernized kitchen has stainless steel GE appliances, Convectional gas stove and quality kitchen appliances, makes cooking here really enjoyable. Lower kitchen is also fully equipped with kitchen amenities and appliances. The cabinets here are original to the home (sold cedar wood) and have been modernized for easy use.

TWO FULL BATHROOMS (One located on each floor)
Two professionally designed and newly modernized bathrooms are equipped with soaking tubs, tile surround and high end plumbing fixtures. Baby bath and sticky matts are available to accommodate guests of all ages. All bathroom amenities are provided.

Downstairs, the covered lower patio is equipped with a 4 person (3 very comfortably) Bullfrog Hot Tub. Hydraulic cover for easy use, privacy roller blinds, table and two chairs. Relax and unwind after a days activities. Separate towels are provided for your spa experience.

Located 5 blocks from the Ruston Way Waterfront and the Heart of Old Town Tacoma - a small business district and the most established part of Tacoma.
