The luxurious home offers 9 bedrooms (8 bedrooms on the main floor and a 14-bed bunk room upstairs). There are 10.5 bathrooms (8.5 on the main floor and 2 upstairs). Each bedroom downstairs has an ensuite bathroom and more than enough room to get comfortable and maintain privacy. We supply everything you need for a 5 star stay! 🌟

The kitchen and living room are located on the main floor. The immaculate kitchen has all your cooking necessities - with 2 fridges, 2 dual ovens, and even 2 dishwashers. We make it very easy to cook for large groups. We provide utensils, cookware, coffee, crock pots, griddles, blenders, and even spices.
The main floor living room 1 has a roomy sectional couch, lazy boy chair, and 75" TV. Be sure to unwind by the gas fireplace and make some great memories!

The laundry room is located on the main floor, with 2 sets of washer/dryers, a drying rack, and even a drinking fountain. The half bathroom is located in the laundry room.

Other items included are high chairs, pack n plays, extra sleeping pads. Please ask us for anything else you may need!

Upstairs you'll find a bunk room with 14 twin beds, plus additional sleeping pads. There are 2 large bathrooms next to the bunk room. The living room 2 is located upstairs with several couches and a big screen 75" TV. We provide complimentary Netflix. You are welcome to log into your facorite streaming services. Alongside the living room is a play area with a ping pong table, game table, and tons of toys and board games. The balcony with the giant black tube slide and chairs is located from the game room upstairs. This is where you'll find the perfect spot to catch a glimpse of the fabulous Cedar Mountains!

Adults and children alike will rave about the endless entertainment we provide. Outside you'll find a giant black tube slide off the balcony, pickle-ball, and basketball court, volleyball, tetherball, 9 square, badminton, horse shoes, playground, grass area, corn hole, and even kayaks free for use. Inside you'll find ping pong, big screen TV's, toys, and lots of games.

The property is located on 1 acre with stunning views of the surrounding country fields and majestic mountains. The neighborhood is quiet. There is plenty of parking for 15+ vehicles. It only takes about 7 min to get to I-15, the Cedar City Airport, and Main Street Cedar City.
