Wonderful venue for our family reunion
This home was the perfect place for us to gather for a family reunion for our large family (26 people). We are grateful to have found such a large house where we could all stay together and could be together in the various spaces in the home, including the awesome theater room with stadium seating. Cedar City was also a wonderful home base for us to travel to nearby national parks and monuments. Thank you!

Excellent reunion location!!
We had an amazing time at this gorgeous home! We had 25 family members and we all fit perfectly! The highlight was the private pool and hot tub. The kids lived out there the whole time! The place was so big that you were never on top of each other. In fact we had a hard time finding everyone in the house! The teenagers lived in the theater room and basement game room the whole time! There were three dining room tables upstairs for games and cards along with another table downstairs. Plenty of games were played on all the tables. We would definitely stay here again! Everyone loved it. Just a not to the owner, the top rack of the dishwasher doesn’t clean. It might be broken. And you may need to spray for spiders in the basement. But everything else was perfect!!

Great trip!
We had a great time and the house was better in many ways than we thought it would be. It also needs some attention, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying it. The kitchen has two refrigerators but only one worked. There is another that we didn't know about in the basement area, which helped but it's a long way from the kitchen. We had all the food for a large group crammed into the one working fridge. It worked but would have been nice to have both. In the back yard there are a lot of weeds and small trees growing up through some flagstone steps, so that the stones are broken up and loose, making it a little dangerous to walk on. The pool was dirty & low so we had to clean it and fill it. The pool guy came the second day but just brushed it, which by then it didn't need. Besides these small inconveniences, the house was really great and fit our group perfectly. The theater room was great for watching "Maverick"! Thank you!!

A Perfect Family Getaway
We coudn't have asked for more--spacious bedrooms, lovely and well-stocked bathrooms, a lovely pool, a fun game room and theater. Everything to keep our various age groups entertained. The kitchen is easy to work in, and the air conditioning is great! The site is well-groomed and attractive. Plus, Cedar City is a wonderful place to be!

Lots of room for family reunion
We loved how much space there was for our large family. We had 23 people staying at the house and we all had somewhere to sleep and hang out comfortably. The house had tons of awesome things for kids and teens to play. My biggest complaint were the safety concerns in the backyard and the maintenance needed in the backyard. The steps going down to the pool were difficult to walk down safely as they were uneven and had sharp edges. Kids and elderly had a hard time walking down, they needed repair. The steps down to the hot tub did not have a banister or railing which was a safety concern for our toddlers. We almost had a kid fall off them onto the concrete. The pool itself had chipping concrete along the edges that were sharp and cut some of the kids feet. The playground was in serious disrepair and we deemed it unsafe for our kids to play on. The hot tub smelt very strong of chemicals and also seemed to need some maintenance. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed. Would have been nice to have an ice maker and a second fridge that actually worked. For the price per night we had high expectations and it really has potential to be a wonderful place but needs to be maintained better.
