That said, we sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations. During your stay, we were made aware of the cockroach concerns and took steps to have the matter addressed with pest control. We are also sorry to hear about the additional issues you encountered, including the visible mold, crumbs and debris, and clothing found under the bunk beds.
