Ce beau 4 lit / 3. 5 maisons de vacances pour le bain peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes dans la communauté très recherchée de Magnolia Dune à Seagrove Beach avec vue sur le golfe du Mexique! Cette maison est une location de vacances idéale pour les familles, qui comprend une vue sur le golfe et se trouve à quelques pas de la piscine communautaire généreuse. Situé à quelques minutes à pied des magnifiques plages de sable blanc, vous êtes à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l’eau émeraude de Seagrove Beach pour les vacances à la plage dont vous avez besoin!

Les clients sont accueillis par un grand salon, salle à manger et cuisine à aire ouverte qui offre un lieu idéal pour divertir, se détendre et passer du temps avec ses proches. Vous pourrez vous réunir autour du salon et de la cuisine spacieux ou profiter des attractions de la nature sur le porche arrière avec des sièges supplémentaires. Un gril à gaz se trouve sur le porche arrière pour tout maître de groupe du groupe! Trois chambres de maître king se trouvent dans la maison, une au premier étage et les deux autres au deuxième. Une chambre privée supplémentaire est située au deuxième étage avec une installation plus commode laveuse / sécheuse en haut des escaliers. Le troisième étage a une salle de bonus avec des chaises pivotantes, un bar et une télévision. Une grande chambre avec lits superposés se trouve juste à côté de la salle de bonus et peut accueillir 4 personnes avec une demi-baignoire.

Perfect getaway place

We really enjoyed the space of this house, the location (and 3rd floor views) to the ocean, and the proximity to Seaside. It was also wonderful to watch the University of Michigan beat Ohio State on the 3rd floor balcony, with the sun shining bright! Go blue!!

Nice property

We enjoyed staying at this house. It was very close to the beach and fit our family of six adults and one child perfectly. I did try to reach out to the property company before our stay about a pack and play and they never responded. We also had a smoke detector that had a battery dying and they didn’t have a service guy available to help us. Other then that I would highly recommend the property.

Great beach stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group consisted of three families, and this home was perfect for that. The kids had a blast bunking together and the three master bedrooms (each with a bathroom) worked well for the parents. The home is just a short walk to the beach, and steps from the community pool. The only rating below in which I did not give five stars was general condition because the pots and pans need to be replaced, but that is a minor gripe, and I would definitely stay here again.

The beach access is private across the street so you do have to walk about 1/4 mile down to Tom Thumb OR the big high rise Condo to access beach.

Wasn’t Impressed

The house wasn’t very clean when we got there. Down stairs shower basically had mold in it. Wasn’t happy with the place at all for what you have to pay. Won’t stay at this place again.

Overall, great palce.

Baum's Away is a super nice, super clean, and very spacious house. It is great proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only caveat to this house is, its on the 30A, the first house to the entrance of the neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend it to light sleepers or families with young children that do not sleep well. If you can get passed the noise, go for it! We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book again. Seagrove beach is much less crowded and Seaside. We used the public beach access next to Legacy Condos. Beach service is available there for $50 day, if you don't want to carry your own stuff. There's a pool, which a nice change from the ocean, with plenty of loungers. Overall, great place!

Easy access to the pool, beach, and donut shop. Minutes away from Seaside and The Hub. We enjoyed the accommodations and would consider staying here again. Right next to 30A so quite busy to for beach access with small children. Traffic is loud and bank lighting is quite bright in the bedrooms. Overall great home, but limited amenities (could use some hot pads and kitchen towels in the kitchen).

Lovely, roomy house

House was roomy and had nice outdoor space (two balconies, front porch, and back porch). Very close to community pool, though we came in winter so we didn't use it. Several restaurants close enough to walk. Very convenient golf cart ride to many others. Ten minute walk to beach access. Negatives: right next to busy street so often loud; bank next door has bright lights on all night; home was lacking some things that other rentals provide, namely beach towels, beach chairs, sufficient amount of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent, salt and pepper. None of the electrical outlets on porches worked, making it difficult to charge our golf cart. Otherwise a very nice house in a convenient location with plenty of room for a large family.

Beach towels are not an amenity that we offer, guest have to provide their own Beach towels. We do provide a starter back with laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid, that is to get you started for your stay, guests are to provide their own after that. Beautiful views from the top deck! Perfect location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Baum's Away was the perfect rental for our group of four. Clean, beautiful and location, location! We wish we had a larger group, as we left so much of the expansive home untouched. After extensive research in the area, staying in Seagrove gave us access to the hustle and bustle of Seaside...along with Seacrest, Alys Beach, and other adorable communities nearby...plus the tranquility of returning to our peaceful home at the end of the day. I chose this rental because of the ocean view and the beach access (without the price), just a quick walk across 30A and a block down. There and several great restaurants within walking distance, and Tom Thumb is a block away for any last minute things you forgot. The bonus was the credit towards the backpack beach chairs which held our water and snacks for our times on the beautiful white sands of Seagrove Beach. At the end of the day we would return to the refreshing pool for a little down time before going to dinner. The kitchen had all we needed. It would be wonderful if you added beach towels, as we ended up buying some. But all in all, we were totally in heaven during our stay. I would love to return and bring the whole family! Prime location & perfect size!

We loved our stay here. Management was super responsive and nearby. Neighborhood pool was large and never too crowded. 2 min walk to beach, 1 min by bike and many restaurants within golf cart/biking distance! We loved Angelina’s Pizza Across the Street and the Donut Hut for breakfast. No early check ins and you get kicked out pretty early so we were stuck for a while waiting around for our flight, but other than that the property rocked! Would definitely return.

The beds all had great mattresses - all 6 of us sleep well every night - including the lower bunk beds. Location was terrific - only .2 miles from public beach access - very easy walk. Great walking distance to a couple of great restaurants and shaved ice. On our drive back Texas, we were already organizing dates to return next year!

Overall a nice house, but had to contact the property manager about the water because it was never hot water for taking showers. Our entire stay we had to take cold showers. The maintenance guy came out and said he could not find the water heater and would be back with a key to the locked closet but never showed back up. The floors were dirty when we first arrived and was not cleaned by the cleaning crew prior to our stay. It looked as though they have not clean them in over a month. We cleaned our feet every night before getting in bed because it was so dirty.

Spacious rooms, loved all of the king beds and big fully stocked kitchen. Home is right off the main highway and close to the pool and beach entrance, great location! Because it is on the main drag it is next to a bank with very bright lights which are hard at night. Needs some blackout curtains which is my only suggestion.
