Welcome to Selma Cottage, your lakeside haven among the picturesque White Mountains! Nestled on a charming shared property w/ direct access to Mirror Lake, we offer a serene escape in a standalone 450 sf, one-bedroom oasis.

Immerse yourself in lakefront living and explore the North Country. A year-round retreat, Selma is the perfect home base for laidback summer fun, stunning fall foliage, and snowy winter adventures. Swim, fish, kayak, hike, ski, explore, and above all relax at Selma! Less than 15 Minutes to Santa's Village and 30 Minutes from some of NH's best Skiing is just a taste of what Selma has to offer.

Selma Cottage boasts a full-sized bed in the bedroom with stunning lake views, while a loft area features another full-sized bed and a cozy reading and games nook. The living room invites you to unwind with a comfortable couch, books, TV with Chromecast, and a convenient gas fireplace. For our winter guests, a new boot dryer is available to make sure your snow gear is ready to go for your next day's adventures. The comfortable desk and reliable Wi-Fi are ideal for remote work.

The kitchen, with its panoramic lake views, is fully equipped for all your culinary endeavors. The 3/4 bathroom ensures comfort with excellent water pressure.

Step outside to find a front screen porch with rocking chairs—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and watching the sunrise over the trees. The back deck provides ample seating and a ceiling fan to savor breathtaking sunset views over the lake. Adventure awaits with 2 kayaks (a double and a single) provided for your exploration of Mirror Lake. Finish off the day by roasting s'mores at the community firepit.

During your stay you will have exclusive use of Selma Cottage. The grounds, garden, docks, and firepit are shared with the neighboring cottages. Summers tend to be more busy at the lake and you may see the neighbors - they are lovely and will likely give a friendly wave or chat around the firepit!

Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Per our condo association rules, dogs are only allowed between November 1st and May 1st; individuals (including guests of renters) who bring non sanctioned pets on the property will be fined and could be asked to vacate the premises immediately. From Nov 1- May 1, approved dogs incur a fee of $50 per pet. Pets are encouraged to stay off the furniture and unattended pets must be crated when you leave the cottage (crates not provided). Pets must be leashed on the property at all times. Failure to pick up after your pet will result in an extra cleaning fee.

Parking available for two vehicles. 4WD/AWD necessary for accessing the property in the winter season. The condo association arranges for plowing/sanding, but the driveway is not paved and so there will always be a layer of snow/ice.
