This spacious, townhouse style condo just steps from the ocean and withinwalking distance to the heart of Kona, the annual Ironman Championship Race Start, and an amazing ocean view from both floors. While it is close to town, the complex is off the main street and has a quiet, serene setting. Wake up to stunning ocean views and enjoy a cup of coffee on your private lanai off the master bedroom where you can observe humpback whales, spinner dolphins, kayakers, paddle boarders and more in your chair!

The first floor offers
-A full kitchen, the kitchen includes a gas stove, full refrigerator, coffee makers, all dishware, glassware, utensils and more.
-A combined dining/living area with smart TV, cable channels and WiFi
-In unit washer/dryer
-A half bathroom.
-Air conditioning is available in the living room or you can open the sliding doors and enjoy gentle ocean breezes.

The second floor includes
- A shared full bathroom with shower and tub
- With a master bedroom that provides a comfortable King size bed, ceiling fan, and AC unit.
- The guest bedroom has two Twin Beds, a ceiling fan and a portable AC for your comfort.
- Additional sleeping: Queen air mattress (sleeps 2) in the living room.

Our community features a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and recreation. Adjacent to the pool, you will find a dedicated BBQ area equipped with two large gas grills, ideal for social gatherings and outdoor dining.

For your convenience, each unit is provided with one assigned parking stall, which is strategically located directly next to the unit's entrance. Please note: Our condo is a townhouse-style unit. The entrance is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator, so guests will need to use stairs to access the unit. Once inside, the condo itself is two levels, with an interior staircase connecting the floors. Payment terms: if you are an early booker, we provide the flexibility of paying 30% upfront, 30% within 60 days of check in, and 40% within 35 days of check in so you don't tie up all of your funds upfront.
