Our suites are fully renovated, equipped to make you feel at home, with hotel standards. Maison Rasco is self-check-in, stays are fully paid before arrival and access codes are sent confidentially via your SMS, emails, and your booking channel messages for a smooth arrival with peace of mind. The Space:

Our Two-Bedrooms Suite Apartment city view is approx. 750 SF, beautifully designed to enhance Old Montreal architectural features, with lots of natural light. The suite apartment is fully renovated and equipped for short, medium and long stays. The suite is equipped with two Queen-size beds. We offer amenities through the stay such as shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand soap, coffee pods, dishwashing soap, washing machine pods. The building is equipped with an elevator.



Guest Access:

Your access codes are sent via SMS, email, and through your booking channel messages between 2pm and 3pm on your arrival day, provided full payment for the reservation is received, and provided you have submitted your check-in form with a valid ID. Maison Rasco offers self-check-in. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you. Simply reply to one of our messages or call our toll-free number.

Maison Rasco is located on the iconic St-Paul St. in the historic district, in the heart of Old Montreal. The neighborhood has the perfect mixt of coolness and history, attracting locals, tourists and workers. Some of the best, well-known restaurants & bars, and coolest shops are in Old Montreal. Everything is walking distance: restaurants, museums, spas, cafes, terraces, shops, art galleries, etc. You can also easily commute by renting a Bixi, or by taking public transportation (bus, metro, REM). Old Montreal is the perfect destination to simply stroll around while admiring the architecture of the historic district and soak up local culture with its many entertainments. There is no doubt you will be fascinated by the surrounding beauty and the good vibe of Old Montreal.



Getting Around:

Everything is walking distance: restaurants, museums, spas, cafes, terraces, shops, art galleries, etc. You will enjoy walking around, strolling charming alleys mixing history and modern design! You can also easily commute by renting a Bixi, or by taking public transportation such as the metro should you want to explore other neighborhoods of Montreal.

⦁ Respect and quietude for other guests are part of our philosophy.

⦁ Occupancy of one-bedroom suite apartment is 2 people. Occupancy of two-bedroom suite apartment is 4 people. Any number of people exceeding the authorized occupancy is not permitted

⦁ Any damage caused in a suite apartment or within Luxury In Transit Collection of Homes will be the responsibility and expense of the guest for a new replacement of the damaged goods



In the event of a breach of the rules, we reserve the right to charge and expel the guest(s) at any time during their stay. Please note that the person who made the reservation is responsible for the suite from the day of arrival to the day of departure. If the booking was made for someone else, please mention it on the check-in form in the Guest App.
