Our flat, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Montreal. The flat is located in the lively Mile End neighborhood, just steps away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.
We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained building. Our flat is equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and a spacious bathroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats.
You will be in the heart of Mile End, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Mile End has it all just a few steps away.
The flat also features large windows that let in plenty of natural light, making it a bright and airy space. We are also located just steps from the metro, making it easy to get to and from the airport, other neighborhoods, and downtown Montreal.
We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goatâs milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help.
Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, modern apps make street parking easier than ever. We have free apps recommended in our guest portal after the booking is confirmed.
Please note we use a decibel-measuring device to protect against parties and rowdy groups.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
