Small but well equipped!

Cute and compact space for a weekend stay! We were in town for a music festival and the location we perfect. The condo amenities were great - everything we needed was available including space to store bags, lots of towels, cleaning supplies. From the photos I didn't realize it was a bachelor (no separate bedroom) but it was fine for our needs. Great communication with the host and property manager throughout!Would book again for sure!

Located towards the east end of St. Catherine street we originally were a little timid to book, but we are very glad we booked this condo. It suited our needs perfectly. The host was prompt and extremely helpful in all communications. I hadn't been to Montréal in years and was so happily surprised to see that it was far more beautiful than I remembered. You are just steps away from pedestrian only on St. Catherine Street - so charming and so convenient. Walk to Old Montréal, St Denis, St. Laurent - all of it so close!The place itself is well equiped with what you need for a short stay. East facing wall to wall and floor to ceiling windows give you great natural light, especially in the morning! I highly recommend this property.

The location was great, a little sketchy area to people not from the city, but overall the best location. Near everything.The only issue I had with this place was that it was tidy, not clean, not deep cleaned.There were used soap bars in the shower and half used toilet paper rolls, there is also no bed sheet aside from a thick blanket.6.5/10 the only reason it’s not a 10 is due to the reasons I mentioned.

Everything was great

The place, location, access to the city and metro were excellent. The only issue was that the blue fob didn't work so I had to use the key code to access the building.

Lovely stay

The host is very responsive and courteous through and through! The unit is well stocked and super clean. Convenient location considering that the station is only steps away and you have access to all of the subway lines. There are lots of restaurants to try and places to explore around. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Cute and comfortable

This was a great spot to stay while visiting Montreal with my sister and a friend. The building was clean and secure. The condo was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Within walking distance to everything, 20 mins. from old Montreal, train station is within walking distance, great pub right next door with a courtyard, try their Ginger, or Wilson Sangria! Our host was lovely and attentive. You won't regret staying here! I will stay again when I return to Montreal!

Convenient Location

This is a one room, hotel style, rental. Although small, it has a washer/dryer and kitchen for longer stays. Both "beds" are fold out style, with the futon doubling as the couch. The futon was padlocked in the couch position. Communication from the host was at times confusing, and often came too late to be useful (ex. Check out instructions were not sent until late morning after we'd already left). Although Marthe is listed as the contact, all communication came from someone named Emilie.

Our listing clearly states that the condo is for two guests, and there is an additional charge for any extra guests. We noticed that four people checked in, and when this was brought to your attention, you refused the extra charge. Our policies are in place to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and safe stay, and adhering to these rules is essential. Regarding the communication, we work closely with our property manager, Emilie, to provide clear and timely information. We apologize if there was any confusion, but most of our guests have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. We will, however, take your feedback into account and make any necessary improvements. Thank you for highlighting the timing of the check-out instructions. Pros: The unit was cute, clean, comfortable and quiet. Communication was v prompt/timely Cons: it says sheets provided, but there was only bottom sheet and comforter (no top sheet). The immediate area is very ghetto, with major drug use, perhaps unavoidable in downtown montreal? Mostly, was extremely frustrated by the parking situation. “ There is NO PARKING ONSITE as the ad indicates. You are at the mercy of public parking lots and good luck with that! After 8 hours travelling to get there, it was not fun nor successful, to find a parking lot closeby. It was challenging every night to find a spot, first night having to drag luggage for too long a distance! Next evening, we got locked between two parking doors with no way in or out, until we finally reached a human by intercom. Third and final night we got into a parking lot but my vehicle would not fit under the low height bar, and again, we were stuck and had to seek assistance from strangers, one of whom knew how to reach a human from the ticket dispenser, who opened the door for us to let us out. So the unit itself 8.5-9, the parking experience -1000/10, making the overall rating 4/10 or 2/5; ie, i wouldnt rent it again, and actually asked to leave a day early

Le logement de Marthe était parfait

Le logement de Marthe était parfait pour notre séjour. L'appartememt avait tous les équipements nécessaires et était à quelques pas du métro ce qui était très pratique. Marthe était également très serviable. Je reviendrai, c'est certain!
