One of the most sought-after 3 Bedroom condos in all of PCB with a large wrap around balcony offering access from all the bedrooms. Enjoy views from the bay and town all the way around to the miles of breathtaking beach.

Room to unwind
The 1,870 sq. ft. space features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths – sleeping six in cozy comfort. Each bedroom has balcony access. The primary king bedroom overlooks the water and features an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed.

The Treasure Isalnd front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.

TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our three bedroom rental overlooking the Gulf. What an experience to wake up each morning and seeing nothing but water and have the luxury of space, beauty and comfort. Also appreciated ECD's quick response to our needs when we needed a dust pan and small step stool and repair to the refrigerator light. Would highly recommend ECD for a Florida get-a-way anytime.

Found filthy sheets in the second bedroom as if someone had an accident in bed. Blood and sweat stained pillows in the closet and the silverware in the drawer looked like someone used them to eat and just put them in the drawer without washing them.

Wonderful Condo!

One of the more spacious condos we have stayed! Clean, all cooking necessities and the Keriug coffee maker was a plus with 8 adults! The wrap around porch was wonderful and huge! Furniture on balcony was great! One chair was missing a bottom ??? I will stay again!

Overall loved the place. Only problem we had is they were painting the building and when we were at the beach they entered our room and put the balcony furniture inside the living room and bedrooms which crowded us in. Would have not been a big deal had we known ahead time that they were going to enter the room. The cleaning of the unit could have been a little better wasn’t thoroughly clean but wasn’t terrible. Host responded quickly to the small issues we had. Overall we had a wonderful stay the condo was very nice and had the best view.

I would have rated this property 4 stars. Great layout, well furnished. The problem was for half of our stay the building management came and wrapped all the balcony furniture in plastic so they could paint. One of the reasons I booked this property was because of the balcony so that we could eat our meals while enjoying the ocean view. So no furniture prevented that and the response from building management and the management company was basically “too bad”if I had known about the painting I wouldn’t have booked this unit. For no one to take ownership basically tells me you don’t care about your customers. Owners should know you aren’t serving them well. And I did ask for some kind of compensation.

Beautiful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and comfortably accommodated our group of 8 adults. The gulf view was amazing. We took the best sunset photos on the balcony, the pool deck, and on the beach. Great location to walk to our family’s favorite restaurant Schooners. Having 2 beach lounge chairs and an umbrella included was a bonus!! Be sure to get down to the beach chair rental by 8am and reserve for the week. They fill up fast. We got lucky. Another bonus-Treasure Island Resort also has a small convenient store/snack bar with delicious daily frozen drink specials and lunch specials. (Located right by the pool) We would definitely stay here again.

Fridge and balcony lights were out. Furniture in master had been changed from the photos. Nightstand in 3rd bedroom was missing knobs. Fridge water not functioning and dirty. (I cleaned it.) Balcony chairs found in bin around corner on porch break as soon as you sit/set up. The rest of the balcony furniture was ok, and I did like the bed/pillow although my husband struggled to get a good night's sleep. The price per night was ok, especially given the basic fixtures and appliences.

The first thing is the furniture in the picture is not what’s there it’s dark, dirty blue I guess to cover all the stains, there were stains on the wall by the trashcan that we actually cleaned, hair stuck in the shower drain of the main master shower, nasty, The ceiling fans are nasty with dust and had dust particles on the blades and ceiling above and two of the rooms. the code to the pool gate never worked with the code they gave us when checking in. We were supposed to be able to come in at 4 PM. Couldn’t get in until 630 or so due to them still cleaning, coffee still in the coffee maker, the three-way dining light doesn’t work as it should except for only one switch it’s wired wrong, it says it sleeps 10, which it will. You would think you would have enough of towels, but did not, the rolls of toilet paper look like they had been dipped in some kind of water or chemical couldn’t use them had to get new. We have stayed at treasure Island, many times but always rented from one individual thought I would try something new since this was a corner unit love the location and views will try someone else next time. They need to get new cleaning people for this unit. The rug that goes out to the balcony needs to be thrown away. It is very nasty. Not sure if it’s cleanable.I’ve never done a bad review first time, but I was very disappointed.
