Step into a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath beach front condo directly located on the Gulf of Mexico!

Enjoy the view and sound of waves from the gulf front master bedroom! Freshly updated property with stunning sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Dunes of Panama has 1,500 feet of family friendly private beachfront with three oceanfront pools, one heated, and a poolside tiki bar. Amenities also include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, fitness center. Close to St. Andrews State Park, shopping, golfing, restaurants and attractions

This condo comes complete with a gulf front master bedroom with a KING size bed, attached private bathroom with a shower. A 2nd bedroom has one FULL size bed and a bonus twin bed and trundle bed underneath it. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal in your home away from home!

The gulf front living room has a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa.

The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating so you can watch the beautiful sunsets!
Pets under 35 lbs will be considered for a fee of $150.

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*

Thanksgiving retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked a different condo months in Advance and had to change to a different one for building repair. The agent was excellent in trying to get me what I booked for. Not her fault we had to change but would have whether been where I could see the ocean better.

Cute place! We’ve been staying at The Dunnes for the past several years and have always loved it. The place was clean and comfy! The only issue was there was a very distinct smell when we entered. It did get better as the week went on.

Love this Condo

Love so much about this Condo and property. It is clean, quiet, well maintained and a great location. It’s a way from Front Beach but close enough to get to. Stayed many, many places but this is where I’ll be staying from now on . Lived B107!

Condo was wonderful ! Paid extra to check in early but cleaning crew was still there upon check in called management and they were rude and did nothing about it . Also paid for xtra day and they had a person to come and fix issues from previous stay Aj’s didn’t inform us period intruding on our last day stay not good . But the condo itself was great . Management wasn’t .

From arrival to departure:Check-in and arrival- easy, no issuesUnit- kitchen and living area all very nice with everything needed to enjoy our stay.Bedroom # 2 was very nice. 2 fans available in the closetMain bedroom- the mattress is awful, uncomfortable, sunken in, with extra soft king sized pillows;(. 2 fans provided in the closet that came in handy as the room stays very warm. We enjoyed our stay. Says oceanfront but is set back from ocean. Listing also stated had a hot tub but we were unable to locate a hot tub. Housekeeping could do a better job. Great location

This room was great for our family! Had everything we needed and enjoyed being close walk to beach and pool. The only thing I would take stars away for it cleanliness. Some areas could have used some more attention and cleaning. Overall we loved our stay here. No noise complaints and our first time being lower level at the beach and we really enjoyed it.

Great Vacation

The check in was painless, our condo was stocked with all we needed even down to fans for noise. Had a couple things to tear up during our stay. They were repaired quickly and very respectful young men. The property around the pool and restroom could have been cleaner. Toward the end of our stay it got better

This unit was in a good location, quite and pretty. The unit itself (especially the bathrooms) need updating. The dishwasher needs replacing, we tried multiple times to get it to work but it never would wash the dishes I placed in it. My house shoes were new when I put them on and when we left the bottom of both my house shoes were black. Whoever is supposed to be cleaning unit needs to be cleaning it better. Overall not a bad place, and we would probably stay there again.

Second Bedroom did not have a Queen size bed as advertised. Shower/tub was full of pet hair. Bathroom Tub water wouldn't get hot.Pet hair all over the furniture and floor throughout Condo.Furniture was terrible (like sitting in a hole). Electrical Outlet broken so lamp wouldn't work. Chair broken.Master Bedroom the bed was terrible (like sleeping in a hole).Bathroom sink drain was broken.Rugs throughout were dirty.For the 210.00 they charge for cleaning plus 150.00 fee for having a pet you would expect it to be clean!!!Emailed ECDI, they offered to send Housekeeping back.I declined, should have been done before we arrived and that's on our time. Otherwise, our stay was good.

Great place to stay!

Exceeded expectations for the price. Very clean and comfortable, with lots of property amenities. The master bathroom could use a little updating compared to the rest of the condo, but certainly not a deal breaker. The balcony view was beautiful and access to the beach was quick and easy. The pools were nice too. Will definitely consider this rental again for our yearly PCB trips, as we all really enjoyed our stay here.

We were under the impression our room was directly on the beach and couldn’t tell in the pictures that it’s located over a parking lot and you have to walk onto a porch and down stairs to get to the pool and then the beach . It was however ocean view just not beach front like we thought. It’s a very pretty place and we enjoyed our time . The description also said it had a hot tub and it doesn’t unless it was at one of the other buildings but we asked around and nobody there knew where one was. We will go back though . It was affordable and nice overall
