The condo was exceptionally clean. The views were amazing, especially the sunsets. Everything we needed to prepare meals was provided. We loved the heated pool and hot tub for our winter vacation. Easy access from the garage's assigned parking space to the building was appreciated. The property grounds were well maintained. Would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful condo with immaculate views of the PCB shoreline. Clean, upscale, quiet, and convenient accommodations with all the amenities. Relaxing vacation and we will be sure to rent again when traveling to PCB.

Perfect Weekend

The condo is updated and has very nice and comfortable furnishings. The corner location and huge wraparound balcony had plenty of room for us to hangout. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful condo

This condo was even better than the pictures. This was truly penthouse like as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and the properties amenities were amazing. My family and I would definitely stay here again. We stay in nice condos every year either in Destin or Panama City and this condo will be hard to top. Thanks again.

July Vacation PCB

This condo was very nice and clean with a wrap around balcony that was accessible from all three bedrooms and dining/living room. The only issue we had was with the vertical blinds that did not work properly in the bedrooms and this was reported promptly. We enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon.

Beautiful Unit @ a Fabulous Property

Loved this property. Lots of owners there that actually use their units so you know it’s a great place to visit. Location was easy to get in and out of. Parking was easy and elevators where easy to get. We did go the 3rd week of May so that affected the # of people. Only issue was cabinet door was broke and almost fell on my toe many times. We did reach out to prop mgr but never got a response so that Is why I gave it 4 stars.

Amazing stay

This place is stunning!!! The view is absolutely to die for!! We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view, the breeze and the sunset. As nice as this place was, it is a new property so I will list some things we had issues with. The drainage in the kitchen is awfully smelly. We kept having to pour bleach and cover it up with the bowl. We let the manager know and she said they will take care of it for future clients. There were noodles, dirty dishes, trash left when we arrive so the cleaning company who they use didn’t do a very good job. She apologized and sent a few things upstairs to ensure we were comfortable. The beds are comfy! They did need to stock up kitchen with few more basic things (salt, sugar, scissor, etc). They didn’t have any designated beach chairs so we had to pay $50 to rent it the first day but used their umbrellas and chairs after that. It’s a pain to clean up and bring upstairs though. The house is so nice we didn’t want to get sand everywhere so we had to make sure we clean up everyday. This is inconvenient to do with kids and all. The manager did say they tried to get the membership but it was full for the year. They will get it for next year. Overall, we had some issues but the manager was accommodating and communicated quickly to make sure we were happy. I definitely will rent this place again. This location is towards the end of the strip so food choices are very limited. Have to order food 2 hours in advance! However the house is a very relaxing space. Very nicely decorated. The view and balcony is just everything! Highly recommended!!

Excellent Family Vacation Spot!

There honestly isn't enough space to accurately describe the charm and modern atmosphere you will find with this property. We wanted to visit Panama City Beach for spring break this year with our children (17, 17, 8 and 5) and happened to come across this property in our search. The landlords were very polite and accommodating, the property was exactly as described and what was I would say the icing on the cake was the view. Every room in this condo has a view! We were able to watch the sunrise and let me tell you this-the sunset from this condo is breath taking. I would 1000% rent this property again! If you are looking for a 3-bedroom condo or even a 2-bedroom-just pick the 3-bedroom and go with this one! You will not be disappointed. Hands down the best trip we have been on in a long time. Thank you for the experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

They will charge you hundreds for “ADDITIONAL” cleaning because of sand! I’m not sure why they have a condo at the beach if they do not expect ANY sand at all in the unit. We vacuumed every single day and cleaned and they charged us because without the proof I asked for. The cleaning people were still there when we checked in (on time) they did not clean up the macaroni that was stuck to the rug under the table, we cleaned it up! Pretty unit but BEWARE and prepared to be charged on top of the initial cleaning fee that’s included in the price!!!!!!!

Just to clarify a few things First, your check in time was 5:00 pm. That was listed on VRBO, on the Rental Agreement you accepted when you booked the unit and on the email that was sent to you directly from us. You arrived at 4:15. As I explained to you that there is lock on the door that requires us to schedule rental start and end times. We set it at 4:00 pm in case the cleaning company is finished cleaning early then we can allow the guest to have early access. Since your stay started on Sunday, we don’t always have immediate access to a computer to change the time. Second, I did send you the proof of the stain. During peak season, the cleaning company normally has multiple flips to do per day. So, once they noticed the stain, their first reaction was to try and remove it as soon as possible. Third, yes, we have a unit on the beach and yes, we understand that sand does sometimes get brought into the unit. We have put things in place to prevent excessive amounts of sand being brought into the unit. Such as asking guests to remove their shoes at the door and leave them on the rug provided. Our cleaning company is used to dealing with a little bit of sand, but when the cleaning takes much longer because of the sand in the unit, we must pass that charge onto the guest. Just like when you arrived, there was no sand on the floors, we don’t want the next guest to have sand on the floors. We have a secure area designated by the front door to leave beach chairs, toys, etc. We have never had a guest roll the entire sand packed beach wagon into the unit before. You stated something about macaroni being left on the rug under the table, in your review is the first time you have said anything about that. We give guests the opportunity to report anything to us within the first 24 hours of arrival. And just so you know, this is only the 2nd time we have ever had to charge a guest more for cleaning. We don’t unless we absolutely have too. We have multiple units with hundreds of stays and are very fair when it comes to charging guests extra. We take pride in providing a beautiful, well-maintained unit for all our guests as it is reflected in our reviews.

Absolutely beautiful

The view was amazing...the condo was absolutely stunning. Everything you could possibly need was there. They even supplied beach towels. Definitely worth the cost!
