HOA RENTAL AGREEMENT: You must provide the full names for all adults (18yrs+), vehicle info (yr, make, model, color), per HOA requirements.

-LAUNCH RAMP/MARINA - NO WAKE ZONE: If you cause a wake at the launch ramp or marina inlet, you will be fined a $500 HOA fine.
-PARKING: No parking on sidewalks or empty lots.
-FISHING: Catch and Release with barbless hooks.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire home & the garage, with the exception of two (2) locked hall closets & a storage shed outside. Please do not remove items from the garage shelves.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN:
- Pots/pans, baking sheets, baking dishes, kettle, blender, electric hand mixer, Crockpot, air-fryer, cups/plates/silverware, and Keurig coffee maker (full pot & k-cup).
- Complimentary ground coffee, k-cups (regular & decaf), sugar/sweetener, creamer, tea, honey, salt & pepper, various spices, olive oil & cooking spray.

LIVING ROOM:
- Reclining sofas, smart TV with free streaming apps, card games, dominoes, coloring books/crayons/etc.

- Always on & ready for use
- NO DIVING or SPLASHING!

- Pool cleaning service is every Thursday (mid-day)

AGREEMENT:
Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, you agree on your own behalf, your family, any and all guests, and invitees that you are fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. You hereby release and hold harmless the property owner(s) and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.
