Bring the whole family to this great place on the river with lots of room for fun. This home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and an open den with a pull-out couch. This home sleeps 11. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 4 bunk beds, and a pull-out queen bed. Waterfront home on the Colorado River, Private Dock swim area, in Bullhead City, AZ. Features dual central A/C and heater and ceiling fans in each room for added comfort. Our home is fully furnished with a newly updated kitchen with all new appliances, Free WIFI, GAS BBQ grill, Laundry room. We are located in a no-wake zone for added safety. Garage is not accessible.
Your safety is priority. There are four cameras and a ring doorbell, all located outside. One in the front, one in the back and one on both sides of the home.

Please don’t flush feminine products down the toilet.

The gas for the bbq is on the patio behind the couch. No propane tanks to fill.

Birthday trip

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful river house! Everything was exactly as described and Heather was great with communication! My kids loved the river and the dock. This was our 2nd time staying in this home and would love to return!

This is the most relaxing place ever

The access to the river is great and the house is very clean also has everything you need. The parking is a little tight and the people next to you are very territorial with their properties.

Nice place

We were a party of five seniors. Enjoyed our stay. Everything you read about it is true. Having three bathrooms is a big plus Sam's Club and Walmart are close and you are less than fifteen minutes from the casinos in Laughlin. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Wasn't quite as pricey as some other places and the location was better, suited us perfectly. I would definitely book again. Great interaction with Heather the host

Beautiful home on the river

This river home is clean and very comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a worry free time on the river. The host Heather is very friendly and quick to help out or answer any question I had. Will definitely be back when we visit again!

This year’s trip to this house was the best yet! We plan a jet-ski trip each year & this rental was in an excellent location & the house was roomy, well-appointed, & clean. This property is a great value for the money & we will book again. On top of all this, the property owner did a great job communicating & answering questions.

Beautiful house on the water!

This house is in one of the best locations! We we’re able to dock our boat right out front which added to the convenience and made it easy to load and unload coolers and toys for the day. There’s plenty of room for everyone in this beautiful house which was also super clean! The host was so sweet and easy to communicate with. Thank you for such an amazing place to spend quality family time!

Welcoming Home & Hosts

We really enjoyed our stay in Bullhead! The property was clean, and the kitchen had just about all of the tools we needed to cook our way through the weekend. Heather, the host, was very welcoming and responsive throughout our days leading up to the reservation, and during our stay. While it was too cold to enjoy the river, it is a great home to visit during warmer weather to do just that!

River House

Great house!

Pros: Very nice and accommodating host. The house is very spacious with a open layout and trendy decor. There is tons of space for extra bags, kids toys, etc. Host was amazing by helping us work the house for our family in very short time! She was quick to respond before and during the trip. Very sweet and friendly! Cons: The house has cameras on all exterior pathways. The cameras would often turn directions and move which led us to believe we were being watched. This made our family feel very uncomfortable as we were all just hanging out in the river or in the family room and the camera kept moving to watch us. The camera on the back patio is angled to where it can actually see inside the house. The futon/pullout sofa in the den was horrible and unusable. There is no futon/pullout in the living room despite the two listings we found for this house. Key Notes: The water level does not come up till 2:00 in the afternoon, so make sure to check the water level before coming to Bullhead City! The water conditions really affected our trip as we could not leave our boat in the water or use the boat till the late afternoon. The late afternoon current is very strong, be sure to watch children very closely. Overall the host was very nice, the house was great and in a good location, host was nice and fast with responds just didn’t love being watched.

Home away from home

The home was beautiful, clean, and had complimentary toiletries. The owners were very nice and kept communication line open. We spent the day enjoying the river. Close to shopping center which was very convenient. It’s a no wake zone for watercraft, so it’s safe for swimming. You can park your watercraft to private dock. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Home

We had such an amazing time. We had given up on renting a house on the river for our wedding weekend (wedding not at the house) . Luckily days before our wedding, this one became available. Loved every bit of it. Absolutely beautiful. Spacious inside. wish the outside had a little more wiggle room. But we made it work. Heather was very responsive with communication with my many questions. lol. Would definitely rent again.
