This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house is the ideal home for comfort and convenience, offering you a perfect stay that is just steps from the sand. Inside the home, the cozy living room, with its warm fireplace, creates a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. The large sliding door opens up to your private balcony, providing the perfect spot for dining or simply unwinding while enjoying the fresh ocean air.
The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs for meals, plus a BBQ grill, so you can enjoy beachside cooking with ease.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. It's a great space for cooking, with everything you need right at your fingertips, so you can enjoy meals at your own pace.
BEDROOMS:
The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a peaceful stay after a day of beach fun. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the second & third bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds. Both bathrooms are clean and updated, providing all the essentials you need for a refreshing start to your day or winding down in the evening.

HOME LOCATION:
From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. (2-15 Minutes by Bike) 20+ Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops, Surfboard/Bike rental shops, Grocery Store, Duffy Boat Rentals, Newport Pier etc. (15-30 Minutes by Bike) Balboa Pier, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Island, Boat Docks (The Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures) Huntington Beach Pier/Pacific City, and much more!
Whether you're lounging in the living room, enjoying the balcony, or taking a short stroll to the beach, this home offers the perfect balance of indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
-This is the upper (2nd Level) of a duplex home.
(You will not have access to the ground level patio)
-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Home has (1) sets of stairs, to enter the home from the front door.
