The perfect spot for our vacation with our adult children. It was very clean and comfortable with every amenity you should need. It’s a great location to restaurants, shopping and beach. I would definitely return in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

This condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner Lou met us when we arrived and showed us around and gave us recommendations for where to eat and visit. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Only 2 min walk to the beach! Great stay!

The perfect location

This was the PERFECT location for our stay in Newport Beach. We were within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go and within very close walking distance of the beach. The property was loaded with everything we could need. Lou was very helpful and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Friends Weekend

Four of us that meet yearly stayed at Lou’s place in Newport Beach. His home is in a great location, beautifully maintained and super comfortable. We travelled up and down PCH eating at great restaurants, shopping, and enjoying the view of the ocean despite the rainy and cold weather.

Great location and Clean home!

Enjoyed this beautiful home for a quick getaway. Owner Lou very accommodating, the home is in a perfect location close to restaurants, beach and shopping. Loved the garbage with all the necessary beach equipment. Our teen boys loved the proximity to the beach. The home was fully equipped with kitchen needs, towels and comfortable beds. Very organized and clean. Looked forward to staying here again!

Seascape's Secret Sauce Is...

This property exceeded each and every expectation we had for our visit. The home was even more beautiful than the photos, and the photos are great!! But Seascape's secret sauce is the owner...LOU!! What a host...from the first communication after we booked the property to our final goodbyes yesterday, Lou couldn't have been a better host!! Lou is what makes Seascape such a fabulous property to rent. Thank you Lou...and thank you for the cookies...another exceptional touch from an exceptional owner!!

Nice escape

My mother in law, husband and kids love the nice escape to the beach. And this house had everything we need to clean and in walking distance grocery store, restaurants, and most important the breach . The house was equipped with a full kitchen, beach towels and chairs, toys for the kids, a wagon (that was nice, we didn’t have to carry anything ). Lou was very responsive to any questions we had and it was nice to meet him and show us where everything were in the house. We will love to go back next time we’re in Newport!

Christmas at the Beach

This is our second stay at this property and once again it did not disappoint. Due to really bad rain our beach Christmas turned into a cozy couple of days around the fire. The property is so well appointed that we had absolutely everything to cook Christmas dinner. And well I can not say enough about Lou the owner. From meeting the Instacart for us because they got there to early to having the fire waiting for us when we arrive. Lou is like family and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. We will be back !

Beautiful Home

This home was more than we could have ever asked for, from the location, amenities to the cleanliness. The home was fully equipped with everything that we could have asked for. The home and its layout was perfect for my wife, and our two boys. There's absolutely no need to bring anything for the beach. It's provided for you, from toys that kidoos can play with, to coolers built into the beach chairs. This house WILL NOT disappoint. You WILL most certainly be happy with your decision to book this house. Thank You for having us, as your guests.

Best Place you can possibly stay!

Booking and communication with Lou was easy! He greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the house. The house is gorgeous and fully loaded with anything you need! We were in beach heaven and made amazing family memories here! The location is perfect, just a block and half to the beach, grocery store across the street, walking to restaurants. The garage has all the beach gear plus some! The beds are so comfortable. This place is clean and Lou is the best!!! We have a bigger family and this gem of a beach house has plenty of space!! The best service, and VRBO house we have ever had! We would highly recommend and can’t wait to return!! Lou went above and beyond expectations!!!

OMG, this is the most cozy, charming and cleanliness place we’ve ever stayed. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’m a sucker for TVs in the bedroom and three rooms had smart TVs. The house has everything you could ask for. The kitchen well supplied, the beds are comfortable, close to the beach, and there is an array of beach equipment in the garage. Lou (the owner)even brought a large bunt cake for my family. There were five people in my group and it more than sufficed. I would highly suggest staying here, you won’t be disappointed. We will be back!

AMAZING!

What a wonderful host and property. If I needed something I just guessed where I would have put it, and it was there!! Check in was easy, check out was easy. Close proximity to anywhere you would want to go in the area. The property layout out was great and it was clean and full of all the amenities you would need! Chairs, Umbrellas, Boards, Balls, Paddles, !! Plenty of stuff for kids. Anything you could need is there. Lou was such a kind and gracious host and kind to my family! You won't go wrong renting this place. The heated water out of the hose on the side of the house was a pleasant surprise when rinsing off beach toys and wetsuit! Can't thank Lou enough for such a wonderful time!!!! Thank you Lou!

Best Newport VRBO Experience I've Ever Had

I was amazed at how thoughtful and warm and welcoming Lou was. He has literally thought of everything for this house. Every beach toy and accessory we could have wanted was there for us! He even had a rolling canvas grocery cart for the store across the street. That was SUPER convenient! The kitchen was quite literally, fully stocked. I could have cooked pretty much anything in that kitchen. Lots of spices, plenty of condiments, toaster oven, crock pot, pots and pans.. it really had everything! The walk to the beach was no big deal. I have grown up staying right on the sand every summer, so I was a little leary about staying a little further away. AND we had 2 babies! It really wasn't a big deal at all! It's a great location! Perfect distance from pier and other yummy restaurants in the other direction. I highly recommend this house!

I have been traveling to Newport Beach for the last 25 years to visit my family. I really enjoy the area, and what it has to offer, most importantly how I can park the car and walk or bike anywhere I want to go.
I am a semi retired business man, and I really enjoy traveling, food, photo, friends, family and the gym.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After searching for many months and doing some intense research I wanted to be on a street that was MOST desirable! There are few blocks that are prime location in Newport and I know this is one them. Being so close to the beach is a given, however walking distance to the grocery store, many great eateries, bike rentals, breweries,
boat rentals, lido island, I just had to be on 30th Street.

In addition to the prime location, I am one of the few that has a 3 bedroom and 3 bath home/condo. The layout of the house is perfect! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is great for privacy.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

When going on vacation there is such much to remember to pack, and especially on a beach vacation. You need a host of items to bring to the beach. What makes this special and unique, having traveled throughout the years, I provide everything that is needed.
Linens for the bed, (I know it sounds ridiculous) but yes some beach rentals in newport require you to bring your linens. Beach towels, surf boards, boogie boards, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, ice chest, kids toys like a shovel and pail, cornhole, variety of balls and toys, fishing poles, etc.
Inside towels, toiletries, dishes, flatware, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker with coffee are supplied, along with cooking utensils, bowls, BBQ, spices, Smart TV's. many have told me the biggest bonus is the A/C unit during the summer.
