Situé dans le développement souhaitable de Cranmore Shores. Cette retraite de montagne magnifiquement spacieuse pour votre famille et vos amis.
Peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes dans les 4 chambres (la chambre n ° 1 a un lit queen, le n ° 2 a un lit double, le n ° 3 a 2 lits jumeaux et un lit queen & # 4 a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire pour les matelas pneumatiques dans les 2 salons que nous avons à offrir! Toutes les commodités pour se détendre dans cette impasse tranquille. 4 roues motrices ou toutes roues motrices sont nécessaires pour arriver ici (en hiver) Nous sommes idéalement situés à 5 km des magasins d'usine de North Conway et à 13 km de Cranmore Mountain et de King Pine (ainsi qu'à quelques minutes de nombreuses autres). Nous offrons un accès à la plage privée à Little Peaquaket Pond et à seulement quelques kilomètres de la route Kangamangous et de toutes les autres attractions amusantes que la vallée du mont Washington a à offrir. Nous offrons le WIFI, le câble et une salle de jeux au sous-sol, y compris Air Hockey, Foosball et Xbox.

Awesome rental!!!!

Kristin was so accommodating and her communication was very quick. Place was beautiful and super clean. The home had everything that we needed to cook with. We will definitely be back!!!!

Great Property

Clean, big house with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our small group, and a cozy living room that was nice to relax in after a long day. Great place to stay if you’re visiting North Conway. Just a word to the wise to look out for the spiders on the back deck, but that is to be expected out in the woods! Would definitely recommend.

Guys Getaway

This property was located just far enough off the beaten path to "get away from it all" yet seemed to be 15-30 minutes from just about anything you'd need. We had a great stay, it served as the perfect base camp for us after our daily outings and exploration. Kirstin was a fantastic host and replied usually within minutes of any message we sent. The house is very clean, The beds are comfortable as well as the furnishings. Everything you would need in a kitchen is already there and seems to be all new. Don't hesitate, book this property! Friends weekend

The house was spot on, for our group. The layout is perfect for 8-10 people. Bedroom perfect for 4 couples. The house is cozy with fireplace and large family room. Everything nicely kept and very clean! I would highly recommend and repeat our stay! Thank you Kristen and Tony!

Ringing in the New Year

For years we’ve had the tradition of heading up north with a few family and friends and 2020 was such a weird year we weren't sure we would be able to continue the tradition for the year. We decided pretty late in the year to book this house and it was even better in person than in the photos. Location was great only a few miles from the outlets and restaurants. The property was very spacious and the lower level game room kept the kids entertained while the adults spent some quiet time on the main level. The lay out was perfect to be able to spend time both together and apart. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Family Getaway

The house was perfect for gathering the family for a no fuss vacation. The house is so spacious and it had everything we needed. We spent most the the days at the beach and a had a good hike near by.

Great house for family and Friends.

Owners were very nice! Loved the size of the house. The private beach was amazing. Perfect for us moms and kids for a weekend getaway. Close to saco river, the falls, Zebs, lots to do for the kids.

Amazing time

The property is clean, very spacious and close to everything (I.e. restaurants, outlets, etc.). The family and I had a relaxing time at the Ruffini's. Mrs. Ruffini is very responsive to any questions that you may have. I would definitely rent this property again in the near future. Thank you for Mr. and Mrs. Ruffini.

Clean & roomy

Nine of us rented this house for a girls weekend. It was spacious, clean & comfortable and well equipped. Location has easy access to N. Conway shopping & restaurants as well as the Kanc & Crawford Notch for hiking. Walk to the pond took probably 15 minutes but there is also parking available if driving. The only thing missing was a firepit. I can’t say enough about the owners! Kirstin responded immediately to all of my questions and was beyond accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone.

Very nice home!

The pictures do not do it justice. So clean and roomy we had 11 and we were very comfortable there. The owner Kristen was very responsive and helpful. Also very close to everything, yet feels like far away on the mountain, perfect weekend getaway!

North Conway Getaway

We had a great time at this property. The house was very clean and had everything you needed for a weekend away. The pictures in the listing make it seem like there is a mountain view, which there was not. Also, the hot tub pictured does not work, which we didn't find out until after booked. We were disappointed since we specifically were looking for a property with hot tub. But we still had a great stay! Any questions that we had were answered almost immediately. The Ruffini's were gracious enough to offer us an early check in and a late check out, which was great! I definitely recommend this house to people looking for a cozy and clean home to stay in for your weekend in North Conway!

Great home for families

This house was perfect. Great open concept downstairs, fantastic game room in basement for kids, plenty of beds for everyone. Loved how clean the property was. Also convenient to all ski resorts. We had a great weekend. Will definitely book again. Thanks so much!

Great location, Larger than pictures, Fits everyone comfortably, like new!

Our group of 9 stayed at the Ruffini's house for a great weekend in March 2017. The house is conveniently located to local restaurants, Walmart, gas stations but still secluded enough to feel like your on a vacation. The amenities were great! The hot tub is very large and looks to accommodate 8. They have air hockey, foosball, Xbox, flat panel TV's, fireplace, griddle, coffee maker, toaster and many many others. The house is extremely clean and feels like its newly built. Kirstin was very friendly and always answered any inquiries immediately. We went to attitash mountain which was only a 20 min drive away for some great snowboarding. Thanks for the great weekend! Things to note: Parking in front is available for three cars, bring a hair dryer, bring your own sheets, call to confirm the waste site is open before you check out, make sure hot tub is ready once you enter.

Ski Weekend With Friends

Everything was wonderful! And the place looks even better than the pictures, if you can believe. Kirstin was super responsive with any questions that I had (how many cars can fit, how to get the hot tub going - though I do just wish that'd heat up a bit faster) The house easily accommodated 10 of us and the hot tub was a hit after a long day of skiing. Only wish we had a bit longer than a weekend! Would definitely recommend, just don't take all the dates because we want to come back :)

Great House!

This was our first time using Homeaway or any online booking site and it was a great experience. The house very well kept and was a nice space for our group of 9 kids and adults . The photos are good so that you can see the configuration, but they do not do the house justice. The owners were very easy to work with and made the whole experience easy and relaxing.

We were attracted to this property for many reasons. First was the breathtaking view, the quiet "off the beaten track" street & the private beach.

It is an added bonus that we were a very short drive to all the action the North Conway area has to offer. Serenity when we needed it & hustle & bustle when we were bored! Its all about balance.
