Unité 906 est situé au 9ème étage. Ce trois chambres, deux salles de bains unité dispose de sa propre cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse et le golfe balcon avant privé.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et salle de bain privée mise à jour. Il y a aussi un balcon accès privé à partir de cette chambre.

Chambre 2 dispose d'un lit queen size et la troisième chambre offre une reine et un lit double. Il y a une salle de bain complète supplémentaire pour plus de commodité.

Great location

Great location! Overall a good unit. Only thing I have to complain about is it was a non-smoking unit and it reaked of cigarettes. Also there were moths in the living room, maybe from someone leaving the doors open

More than I expected, loved the view ,had a great time. The shower was wonderful. Would rent this condo again. The check in was fast and easy. Looking to rent this condo again soon. The people that live there were great and friendly.

We love it here!

This property was amazing! It was super clean and super updated. It was convenient to a Walmart, Walgreens, and anything else you need. Everything was basically across the street!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great. The condo for the most part was in good shape. The patio chairs were broken or looked like they were next, so not many could sit on balcony. The living room furniture was pretty worn out and not comfortable. It didn't really affect us, but the icemaker wouldn't stop making and overflowed. I had to physically turn it off. Everything else was in good shape.

Everything was very nice. Slept great in the master bedroom. Loved the shower! Kitchen needs crab crackers Ping pong balls and paddles were a disappointment.

Clean Rental in a quiet area

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and spacious, but seemed like some additional care needed to be taken. Things like the outdoor furniture was kind of beaten up, toilet was shaky, front panel of washing machine was coming off, no remote for front room TV, etc. just needed some additional care. The condo itself did not have many amenities other than indoor and outdoor pools. The hot tub was broken and the tennis court is no longer there. This is a very quiet area of the beach with housing construction on one side and the public access beach on the other so my son was a bit bored although I liked the quiet area. Liquid Life responded to my texts, but nothing really got fixed while we were there other than the dishwasher which they had previously put an order in for prior to our visit. We were told Liquid Life was notified of the hot tub being broken and they were asked to notify the renters, but that was not done by Liquid Life. I probably wouldn't stay in this condo again just because we have stayed in many other condos in the Orange Beach area and they were nicer, but this was ok for the week.

The beds in this unit were really good, but the living room couches were so uncomfortable to sit on. Also need more seating in living room. Table on balcony was too large for the space. Whole unit needs a decor update.

Summerchase is Terrible!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two units in Summerchase for our kids and grandkids. This is the worst stay we have had for our yearly beach trip. The building is old and the management is terrible. We received multiple "tickets" threatening to tow our cars because we did not "park straight between the lines." The parking lot is cramped and somewhat hard to navigate, but we did our best. The angry old security guard seemed to be running the property. Don't stay here!

SummerChase 906 for Thanksgiving week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was mediocre at best. They had alot of construction going on between building condos next door, the drilling above us, and the power washing from scaffolding just outside our balcony. The condo could have been cleaner as well. There was still sand scattered on the floor and we had black socks and feet within an hour. The couches are really dirty and wore out as well as the bar seats(couldn't use them due to holes straight through the center). My 10 year old found loose pills on the floor along with a pacifier under the bed in his bedroom. The master bathroom had black mold on the shower tile grout and drywall of the ceiling above the shower. Overall, we made the best of the trip and tried to spend most of the day on the beach or seeing local sites. My family loves visiting Orange Beach area. We will definitely be back soon, just not at Summerchase.
