Loved being on the first floor. The space was great. The decor and way it remodeled was perfect. I’d only wish for more kitchen towels and oven mits. We had a great experience at this condo and would highly recommend it!!

We had a great time at this location. The condo was clean and we loved being on the ground floor. The ocean views were beautiful.

The location by the pool made it easy to watch the kids, but still be in our own space. The walk out the beach couldn't have been any easier. We just loved it!

The place was amazing!! Everyone we spoke with at Orange beach property was amazing, kind, and would answer any quote had. The dryer went out while we were there and you guys were very quick to handle and fix the issue. The dryer was fixed within two hours after we reported the issue. That was even having to get an appliance guy out to replace the belt. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend you guys!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 2 Families of 4, plenty of room

We were located on the ground floor and my only complaint with that was the gate that lead directly out to the pool in front of our room was broken so we had to use the next gate. There were prickly stickers in the neighbors area and we had to be careful to make sure we had our shoes on (but this was no reflection on the actual room, accidents happen and the next gate was right around the corner). We had 4 kids age ranging from 11-14, 3 boys and 1 girl. The bunk beds worked great and the kids rotated between it and the pull out couch. Plenty of plates, cups, utensils, cooking supplies. TV was a little confusing but I think it was because we weren't accustomed to the providers options. Location to the pool and the beach was wonderful and kids took advantage of the indoor pool almost as much as the outdoor pool. Will definitely rent again.

Hey Dana, thank you for the kind review. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. We contacted Sugar Sands Management weeks before your reservation about the broken gate, and they assured us that it was going to be fixed immediately. But obviously it hadn't. I apologize for that. We have been trying to stay on top of them to get it fixed because we know that the gate is an important feature to our unit. Thank you for the rental!

Location to the pool and beach were amazing. The condo lacked dish cloths none to be exact! No Tupperware with lids. The condo was dirty, dust and bugs under cabinets in the bathrooms! Carpet needs replaced and cleaned for sure. Have a friend who rented this condo with previous management company and did not have any of these issues. I feel you may want to see who is cleaning the condo's and basic needs in the kitchen need addressed. Also we were given the wrong WI-FI password and took 48hours to get someone to fix this issue. Not sur I would rent here again.

Enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach but had a pest issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very convienent to resturants and shopping. Big Mike's is our favorite resturant alonge with a Waffle House. The property description was accurate along with the layout and amenities. The unit seems to be fairly maintained. I did call the rental agency reguarding a pest issue and was told basically it is the South buckup. We weren't happy with the response from the rental agency so sprayed ourselves for the pests. Which did helped some. Both pools were clean and maintained. I would only recommend this location with a warning of pest issues in the bathrooms and in the kitchen cupboards!!!!!! Other renters are having the same complaint. We have stayed in the same location for years and never had pest issues??? Instructions on refrigerator says to contact the rental company with any issues inside the unit. They might need to do something about the pest issue. Glad we didn't have a major issue with appliances or bathroom toilets or it could be disastrous.

Carol, the same day you notified us of a critter, we told you that the HOA does in fact have a pest control contract on that condo and they do treat it like any other condo. We did not say in our respond to "buckup it is the south", but instead we said that units on the ground level may experience more activity than a higher level for obvious reasons. We hope you still enjoyed the unit.

Steps away from everything!

Beautiful, spacious condo on main level. Steps from pool and just a few more to the beach. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to returning next year!

Reviewer Comments: Of course we were disappointed with the maintenance that was going on while we were there; but, overall being in Unit 104 after 15 years is like coming was pointed out by the women that the chairs in the living room need to professionally cleaned due to build up of sunblock etc that has started to make the chairs feel greasy.While I was there I reported the faucet handle in the back shower needs to be tightened.But none of these stopped our enjoyment of our week there.The thing we missed the most was not having the deck and easy access to the pool, but that was not possible and we understood.Thanks for the compensation regarding that.Need to make sure you got our request to come back next year on the same week as this year.Thanks.
