About this space
Welcome to my calm, modern beachside home. The condo is located only 2 blocks from the beach, being only a 5-minute walk from the crystal, clear blue waters of Miami Beach. You can see even the ocean from the living room!
Located in the peaceful and prime SoFi (South of Fifth) neighborhood, my condo is away from the craziness but walking distance to all the action. The condo was renovated this summer and I hope that guests will enjoy all that it has to offer.
The space
This is a legal, registered short-term rental with the city of Miami Beach. My renovated condo (summer 2021) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I can also provide a video walk-through of the unit upon booking if guests wish to take a closer look prior to their arrival.
A maximum of 4 guests are allowed to stay at the property and an easy, self-check-in allows for adhering to the Covid-19 measures. My cleaning team carries out a deep cleaning after each guest checkout. There are 2 separate HEPA-grade filters (in the living room and guest bedroom). There is also hand sanitizer located inside!
The unit is equipped with all the essentials that guests could need, from beach towels to bed linens, pillows, a pack n' play crib, hairdryers, cookware, board games, books, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit along with a dishwasher. The fridge has a water filter and ice maker. There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and drip coffee machine + a French press. Brand new memory foam mattresses (King and Queen size), all pillows and beds have Allerease covers, along with 2 TVs (guest bedroom and living room) that have premium channels including HBO, Netflix, Amazon, ESPN, Disney+, each bedroom has a noise machine. In my storage unit in the garage there are beach chairs and beach umbrellas. This is an elevator building and the unit is located on the top floor (4th). It is a corner unit that gets tons of light and it faces the ocean, best in the building!
Guest access
There is 1 dedicated, private parking space for guests, located inside the covered garage on the ground floor of the building. Upon collecting the keys you will receive a buzzer for the garage door. If you're arriving with more than 1 vehicle, you can also pay to park additional cars directly across the street in a private lot.
If you don't have a car, I recommend renting bikes! You can either rent privately (1 block away from our house) or use the Citi-bike app on your phone. Otherwise, folks love to rent 3 wheeler cars and golf carts to cruise around South Beach.
Other things to note
4 guests maximum, required by law to have no more than 4 people on the property. There is a security camera outside the front door of the unit.
Additional rules and regulations will be provided with a check-in packet upon arrival.
