The apartment was in excellent condition. Plenty of space and really nice furniture; comfortable bed and bedding. The interior of the apartment was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen had a lot of great appliances and the beds and showers were all spacious and really clean.The exterior of the complex was a little messy. The stairs had trash and stains and could use cleaning.I did not love the check in process. We came in and midnight and it made it seem like you just pressed a button in an app you had to download to unlock the door. You then had to complete a log in process, wait for a code to be emailed, connect your Bluetooth, and then wait for the app to connect to the door handle. Bluetooth would not connect and support said it would take up to a day to respond. Naturally that was a little frustrating due to the hour of the night. I just think giving patrons a key card or a code number to enter would have been a good plan B. I also was a little peeved we had to register our car to park in a space using a QR code or else our car would be booted or towed.In the morning I tried to go use the pool but there was a sign that the pool was closed. I tried to go use the gym but access was not available and I tried to message support but did not receive a response.
