Villa Sunset Chalés Ibitipoca

Villa Sunset is a condominium of chalets located close to the center of Conceição do Ibitipoca, 1.7km and 5 minutes by car, there are 2 suites, living room, full kitchen, barbecue on the balcony and a beautiful view of the sunset. We provide all kitchen and barbecue utensils, and bed and bath linen for all guests. We are 5km from Ibitipoca State Park. In addition to the state park, visitors to the village can find bars, cafes, bistros and restaurants in the charming village.

Residencial Alcatéia is where we are located, our biggest difference is the incredible view of the sunset and with the location close to everything, it is just 850m from the Alphaville entrance and 1,700m from the center. Several groups usually go to the Alcateia residential complex to watch the sunset, our guests have the privilege of watching from the comfort of their chalet, whether from their bedroom or living room balcony.

Our space is complete, the chalets are central and separate, have an equipped kitchen and barbecue, a 3-room living room with toilet on the ground floor and 2 suites on the upper floor.

Each chalet has a private space next to the chalet, and we have spaces for visitors.
