Located just a skosh outside of the resort gate, this Litchfield by the Sea condo offers a top floor end position with peaceful woodland view from the private screened porch, cozy living area, full kitchen, and access to all resort amenities – perfect for the budget-minded traveler.
The popular community pool with lazy river, play plaza, hot tub and bar is nearby but a world away. The beach is an easy walk with scenic views along the way. If transporting your favorite beach provisions is a necessity, take the car. The beach is barely a 2-minute drive with parking at the access way!

ACCESSIBLE AMENITIES: 7 miles of soft sandy beach, boardwalk access to beach w/rinsing shower, 7 lighted outdoor pickleball/tennis courts, coffee shop, spa & salon, bicycle rentals, biking and walking paths, lakeside fishing, and close proximity to prominent golf courses and trendy local eateries.
