Magnifique Summer House Villa d'une chambre situé dans la communauté balnéaire privée de Litchfield By the Sea. Cette unité dispose d'une cuisine complète et d'un salon avec télévision à écran plat. L'unité comprend également une chambre privée avec deux lits queen, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain complète. Juste à côté de la salle de séjour se trouve un balcon qui fait face au parc aquatique et à la piscine avec de nombreux sièges. Il y a un grand canapé-lit dans le salon, parfait pour les enfants. Le service de ménage quotidien n'est pas assuré par une société de gestion extérieure, mais un échange de serviettes de toilette en milieu de séjour peut être demandé.

Il existe également des sites d'intérêt en Caroline du Sud, tels qu'Atalaya, la maison d'hiver pittoresque de style mauresque d'Archer et d'Anna Hyatt Huntington, philanthrope et sculpteur, respectivement, qui ont laissé en héritage le parc et les Brookgreen Gardens adjacents.

Les amoureux de la nature apprécieront également le centre de la nature du parc et sa grande variété de programmes, notamment la possibilité de voir de près les tortues caouannes et d’autres espèces végétales et animales menacées d’extinction. Le lac d’eau douce du parc est un lieu incontournable pour voir des alligators et parfois même un vison ou deux.

Les amateurs d'art, quant à eux, affluent par milliers au prestigieux festival d'art et d'artisanat Atalaya, organisé par jury chaque mois de septembre dans et autour de l'ancienne demeure d'Archer et d'Anna Hyatt Huntington.

La plage de Litchfield by the Sea est à 10 minutes à pied ou prenez une navette en été toutes les 20 minutes. En outre, la communauté LBTS offre des kilomètres de pistes cyclables et de sentiers de randonnée reliant les régions de Murrells Inlet et Pawleys Island. Pour plus de commodité, le complexe propose également un service de location de vélos en été. Vous trouverez également sur place un Starbucks, un salon et spa Stox, le Webster's Grille & Tavern, des cabanes de plage, des zones de pêche et de pêche au crabe, des courts de tennis éclairés et bien plus encore. Wonderful Family vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse. This unit was well-kept and everything was just as described. The resort was such as wonderful location for a family vacation with young children!

Wonderful

Perfect getaway for Labor Day weekend. The pool and lazy river were great and there is a poolside bar. Very close to Murrells inlet where we live to eat at.

Great stay

Great stay and perfect location between the pool outside the room great for kids and the beach about 10mins away. The property was well maintained and the condo was very nice and was well stocked. Only thing that can be improved is the pullout mattress-it was thin as a board and no one over a child size could ever sleep comfortably on it. Would definitely return though.

Loved the pool/waterpark!

The condo was nice, and my son loved the pool and lazy river - definitely a highlight for this condo. The only downside is that we were a little ways from the beach/ocean (less than a mile, but we were unable to walk it) but you can drive to the clubhouse or catch the shuttle. The staff on the property were very nice (especially the bartender at the pool), and did a good job of keeping the property well-maintained. Check-in/check-out through the property management company was easy as well.

Nice for two people

Very nice rental in a very nice resort. All amenities either located on the resort or close by. This rental is small but enough for two people, who know each other well :). We found it very clean and as advertised, except for incorrect info about towels being provided at the pool. They weren’t. So, bring your own beach towels -- because you can’t take towels out of the condo.

A December to Remember

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was in the perfect location. There was a path nearby which made four wonderful bike riding and walking over to the beach. My only complaint would be the sofa sleeper definitely needs to be replaced! It is uncomfortable to sleep on and the cushions fall into the bed part when you're trying to sit on the sofa.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time at this resort and our first renting through TideLife. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. Check-in/key pickup was so easy and all the relevant instructions were provided via email and in our welcome packet. The unit was pristine, and the entire property is gorgeous as usual. Our 5 and 7 year olds spent hours and hours in the pool and the lazy river. Mom appreciates the early opening hours of the Starbucks that is right on the property.

We have 2 small children and they truly enjoyed themselves during our stay! The staff at Tidelife Vacation Rentals were friendly and very helpful! The rooms were cleaned spotless upon arrival! There are swimming pools, a lazy river, a play area for the smaller children and even a hot tub for the parents to relax! The webster's restaurant was just walking distance from our room & they have fabulous food! Did I mention that they even have a Starbucks!(walking distance as we'll!) we will most defiantly be loyal customers and return to this home!!! We actually already have it book 2 more times before this year is over and also looking into renting a couple other homes for the summer next year!
