Incroyable, récemment rénové, 3 chambres, villa de 2 salles de bains avec Internet sans fil gratuit attend votre arrivée! Notre villa est en parfait état. Nous sommes ravis de vous ouvrir notre maison. Cinquième année offerte dans ce programme de location. Vous et moi communiquons directement via ce site.

SEULEMENT 6 PERSONNES OU MOINS PEUVENT RÉSERVER.

La chambre principale a un lit queen avec une télévision à écran plat de 39 pouces et une salle de bain complète. 2e chambre a lit queen et télévision à écran plat 32 ". 3ème chambre a 2 lits extra-longs jumeaux et télévision à écran plat 32 ". Toutes les chambres ont des meubles neufs et des matelas Sealy. Tous les nouveaux draps ont également été fournis. Deuxième salle de bain a laveuse et sécheuse pour votre commodité.

La cuisine spacieuse et ouverte est vraiment impeccable et toute neuve. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils mis à jour et tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous pendant la cuisson.

Le salon est spacieux avec une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 48 pouces. Mobilier nouvellement composé d'un canapé sectionnel / méridienne et d'une table à manger pour six personnes.
Entrez dans notre véranda grillagée depuis le salon et détendez-vous sur un ensemble de patio. Plongez dans l'une des chaises et profitez du beau temps en sirotant un cocktail, en lisant un livre et en récapitulant votre journée en toute intimité de notre unité de coin bordée d'arbres, sur le 9e Fairway. L'accès au gril à charbon n'est qu'à quelques pas.

Notre villa est l'unité la plus proche de True Blue Club House. Vous pouvez faire une belle promenade matinale pour le petit déjeuner ou le golf. Profitez d'un accès complet au magnifique parcours de golf True Blue et à son club partenaire, le Caledonia Golf and Fish Club, qui continuent tous deux à devenir les meilleurs parcours incontournables.
Les non-golfeurs peuvent profiter de leur temps pour nager à la piscine (à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée), jouer au tennis, faire du shopping dans les magasins Hammock ou profiter des plages à proximité.
L'île de Pawleys est célèbre pour sa plage exceptionnelle (à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la chaussée sud). Visitez les magnifiques jardins Brookgreen ou visitez Huntington State Beach and Park. Profitez des restaurants de Pawleys ou à quelques minutes en voiture de Murrels Inlet. Broadway at the Beach et Myrtle Beach sont à 25 minutes en voiture.

Family beach trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness is one of the first things we noticed. This place was spotless! The beds were super comfortable and the privacy of the back screened in porch was perfect! So convenient to store, restaurants, and the beach. Could not say enough good things about this host as well! Communication was great and even went out of her way to mail some left behind items back to us also. We had a blast and can’t wait to return back here!

Good comfortable place to stay

We've stayed at True Blue at various units over the past 10 years. This unit was as described although it's starting to show some wear and tear. We didn't have any issues although after reading through other reviews I can agree with some of the short comings. There is not an over abundance of bath towels. The owner states they use the unit often and they lock their personal things in the bathroom walk in closet and the pantry closet in the kitchen. Inconvenient. Some of the cabinet doors are loose and it's not a luxurious place to stay. Having said that, great floorplan, nice dressers, big TV's, great location, good communication, easy check in. I would recommend but just make sure you read all the reviews so you know what to expect.

My family and I always enjoy the room and the pool! It's always beautiful and easy to get to/get things in. The property manager(s) are amazing!! My family and I have stayed at this location this summer and last summer and we LOVE it!

Amazing summer vacation!

This property is absolutely amazing! It's everything that the description says it is! From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to have a fantastic week! It's decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, it's clean and well maintained. And the kitchen is well stocked as are linens and blankets. The weather was gorgeous the week of 7/6/24 so we spent quite a bit of time on the screen porch and at the pool and beach. We spent some time at the boardwalk and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. We basically went to the beach to relax and this was very close to Huntington Beach state park.We're already looking forward to our next visit!

homey condo

centrally located to Georgetown for which we are building a home. quite, clean, and easy access, the place seems in its original build condition but very well maintained. The condo is a bit on the darker side since it's the lower level. The blinds where very tired and needed replacing so that you can let some light in....and the shower heads needed up dating. the water spays oddly and truthfully it needs a removable shower head in one of the bathrooms (to do a quick rinse off if necessary.) Other than those small issues. the place is lovely..... and very clean....

Very pleasant with great location to everything.

Owner was very flexible and accommodating. We loved the location. It was easy access to everything. We also loved the pond that probably gets overlooked. My daughter and I enjoyed looking at the wildlife in the pond. We also loved the beach that was nicely, not commercialized.

Great place!

A couple of friends and I stayed at the condo with our daughters during their National Dance Competition. The competition was in Myrtle Beach, but we wanted to stay at a place that was a little quieter. This location in Pawleys Island was perfect for us. Communication with Mike and Rene was wonderful. They were always willing to help and answer questions. Check in process was seamless. The condo was clean and wonderful.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect! The living area is so spacious and the furniture so comfortable. The area is quiet, yet so close to all of the amenities of True Blue and Pawley's Island. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable stay

This cute little condo is a quick walk to the pool- be sure to have your wristbands— a 5min drive to some very nice public beaches on Pawley’s Island (arrive early, not a ton of parking) and a 2min drive to Publix and Gilbert’s Ice Cream (go here!) The property is super clean and very quiet. Perfect for a little beach getaway! Communication with the owner via text with check in instructions a couple days before the trip and Rene was quick to respond with answers to my questions about beaches in the area. I also mentioned to Rene an FYI after our stay that the clothes dryer was taking a pretty long time to dry, and she responded immediately that she would send someone to clean the venting. This is a very well maintained property, and you can tell the owners are involved and will keep it that way. We will be back to Pawley’s! Thanks!

As expected

The condo was for the most part as expected from the pictures. The location was great. The only complaints I have is 1.) the smell of the unit. There was an odd unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. 2.) the bathrooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned since the last guests had stayed. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathrooms. 3.) Bathroom and Kitchen could use some new linens. Overall did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo

Great condo with wonderful accommodations. Clean, large refrigerator, beautiful deck, comfortable beds and living area. Only 6 minutes from Pawleys Island where extended family was renting 3 homes and we needed overflow beds. The pool was nice, we swam one afternoon when beach was very windy. Condo is 1 minute walk from pool. Owners answered our text messages promptly and were very helpful when an issue arose. Condos and surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Thankful for the owners to open their condo for rental.

We are from Westchester County, N.Y. Married 33 years and truly enjoy all True Blue & Calendonia on Pawleys Island has to offer. Now you can also enjoy our happiness by staying in our villa, This is one of 2 units we own at this address.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose True Blue after careful research of resorts up and down the east coast US. We love Pawleys Island low density development. It just does not ever get crowded here. The resort is fully committed to preserving the environment. The pond has a gator or two. Eagles, ospreys and always overhead. It is a unique and beautiful place. We never wanted to be in the high rise, crowded places. It also was important to us that we had world class golf. The courses are really beautiful. Every golfer at least once should go to the ocean, just a 2 mile drive.We are a Fishermans favorite location. We also chose Pawleys Island because of the distance to Charleston. It is a charming city with wonderful restaurants and terrific shopping. Which can be an enjoyable day trip.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Mike and I chose this quad style Villa over others on first site. Extremely quite and private. We Love the spacious layout the closeness to pool and club house. Being offered unfurnished was perfect, we had a great time furnishing it. Super comfortable beds large TV's. Home away from home. Now you too can enjoy our vacation home as much as we do. So many great memories here we just purchased a second unit. This area of Pawleys Island is quite special. Close to so much activity, however we are in a very private and peaceful location. A true gem of a vacation location.
