Fantastic property in a beautiful location, amazing views. Loved the pool for a swim everyday.Host commutation was excellent, very helpful information provided for us before our stay. Visited by local agent who, again was very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable.
Peace and quiet (expect to hear up to three cars per day) and open air, a superb pool and great views. charming old country house with lots of beautiful old towns around - only 20 minutes to Conques (straight out of Disney movie).
We had a fantastic stay at this charming house in Selves. Traveling with our two young children, we found the location perfect for exploring the beautifully preserved towns and the breathtaking nature of the region. The house itself is lovely and well-maintained, with a wonderful pool that the kids absolutely loved.
We highly recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable holiday in this beautiful part of France.
We have fallen in love with this house! We had a small problem 9something that can occur always, we have an old house ourselves too), contacted Elizabeth and she helped us out right away. Really appreciated that! And the team taking care of the house (Graham and Viv) are really lovely people. We hope to come back one day....
Nous avons passez une semaine de pur bonheur dans cette maison pleine de charme et trĂšs pratique. La nature alentour est magnifique. Ici tout pousse au farniente...
The house is owned by Elizabeth Rickards, an education consultant who was Principal of Davies Laing and Dick College for many years. Her husband is the historical crime fiction writer David Dickinson, former Editor of BBC's Newsnight and Panorama.
The beauty and peace of the location was the reason we bought this house. A comfortable and attractive house with plenty of antique furniture, pictures, books and even a TV which gets the main UK channels.
