This condo was the perfect getaway for a couple. Amazing ocean view. We saw a gorgeous sunrise every morning from the deck. And the moon every night was beautiful. The condo was well equipped and clean. It had cool modern feel to it. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend it.

Loved our stay! Balcony view is top tier, lots of sunrises/sunsets spent there. Everything was nice, clean and cozy. Prime location. Steps to the beach and restaurants/shops are a close drive. Beachside tiki bar and The Spot are only a short walk away. Would recommend to any couple looking for a beachfront getaway. We will be back!

Sunrises, sunsets, and a balcony view like that are pretty hard to beat. We’re so glad the home felt clean and cozy, with the beach, food, and local spots all close by. We’ll be ready to welcome you back for round two!

Beautiful place! The condo was perfect! Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need plus some! Loved the deck! So much space and beautiful views! So close to everything but also very quiet area. Peaceful! Will definitely be back! The communication with the host was so easy and check in as well. Loved all of it!!!

Just a quick heads up though, we do mention in the listing that there’s no elevator so guests can plan ahead. Perfect little condo with many little extras! Nice to have a storage closet for beach equipment underneath. Decor was tastefully done, kitchen well equipped. Especially the toaster oven/ air fryer combo! Great view of beach with nice balcony furniture

Summer Break

The property is beautiful and has stunning views of the ocean. The only thing I would change is maybe provide the guest at least 2 sets of towels. Splitting one set between 2 adults was challenging. I would definitely recommend to my family to stay there.

Perfect place!

The condo was very clean and neat. Pleasantly decorated and comfortable. Everything was great. Want to make you aware though, that we did see one live cockroach/waterbug on the first day but did not see any after that. You may need to spray!

With the warmer weather, it’s not uncommon for waterbugs or roaches to pop up here and there, even in clean homes. We’ve got regular pest control in place, but sometimes one slips through. Beautiful condo

Great area! Condo is newly renovated. Beautifully done! Oceanfront with a spacious deck! Definitely recommend! Has a keurig only, no coffee pot. FYI. Everything else is there for the kitchen!

Rest and relaxation at its best

We had a great stay at Sea Colony. Great unit decorated and appointed with great attention to detail. Everything you need is provided. Just a restful and relaxing vacation. and a great space. Beach was immaculate and had lifeguards. Boardwalk was fun. The only challenge were the stairs to the unit but i consider it a great workout. We truly were impressed and reinvigorated by the end of our time. Highly recommend.

Best solo vacation

The condo was exactly as described and close to everything. This was my first solo vacation in decades and it was everything I had hoped. I was able to put my lounge chair on the balcony and relax every day. Everything was clean and beautifully maintained. The beach access was very close and there was a perfect view of the sunrise. Communication was excellent. I will be sure to share this listing with my friends. Thank you!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED this little spot for a much-needed weekend away! It's very conveniently located just north of Kure Beach with all it's restaurants and shops and RIGHT on the ocean!! It's a crowded area but the beach was big enough for all to find a space. And while others were staying in units right around us, the unit is set such that you didn't see or hear others much. But the standout for sure was the deck!! It was cool when we were there so we had the slider open a lot, listening to the waves crashing and feeling the sea breeze. Only meh thing was the mattress on the master bed was not great for us, but most aren't so it's probably great for most. Next time we'll bring our mattress topper. Highly recommend for couples or very small families!
