✔ Just across the street, take advantage of the provided paddleboards for lake adventures—perfect for fishing, swimming, or simply soaking up the scenery .Bass Park is within walking distance and offers a jungle gym / playground for children of all ages. The expansive backyard is perfect for games, BBQing, and even making some smores in the fire pit in the evenings. Please note, we do not have direct lake access from the house, but the public lake access is just down the road for your convenience.

Guest Access:
The entire house is exclusively yours for an uninterrupted stay—relax, unwind, and truly make yourself at home 🏠.

Ample parking is available in the driveway. It can accommodate multiple vehicles.

Access to the house is through the front door when you come up onto the deck level with a keyless entry system (Schlage). A unique access code will be given to you before your arrival.

HOUSE MAINTENANCE
• Garbage / Recycling - There is no local trash pickup. Please place all trash/recycling into the garbage can out front.
• Hot Tub maintenance (every Thursday or Friday) will be performed by Sunshine Pools inc. Please abide by all posted rules and safety precautions regarding the use of the Hot Tub. It is essential to adhere to these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all occupants.
Please note that by using the Hot Tub, guests assume all personal risk and liability.

HOUSE RULES:

-No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways.
-NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $2000 fine.
If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated.
We kindly ask that you follow our house rules to help us maintain good relationships with our neighbors, which allows us to continue hosting future guests. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and respect their privacy. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
-PETS - We welcome well behaved pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $250 fee per pet per stay that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Any additional pet fee will be collected via the resolution center.
(Guests are required to pick up after their pet) Unfortunately, we do not allow cats or exotic pets.

** Please note, we require the lead booker of all reservations to be at least 25 years of age.

We have two pre-arrival requirements that must be completed before you will receive your check-in instructions. A secure link to enter this information will be provided upon confirmation of your booking:
1. ID Verification: Please provide an approved government issued ID.
2. Rental Agreement: Please eSign our rental agreement. This covers any additional property specific information.

There is a decibel monitor (Minut) actively monitoring noise levels. It does not record conversations, simply sound decibel levels, and will send you an automated alert if noise is detected above a certain threshold for an extended period of time. This system also monitors cigarette/cigar/marijuana smoke, as our property has a STRICT no smoking policy.


This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, provided amenities or that of others whom they invite to use the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
