Kunea place repose sur trois quarts d'acre de la propriété magnifiquement paysagé avec une piscine privée et accès au court de tennis. La maison peut accueillir huit personnes et dispose de quatre chambres, quatre salles de bains, un salon, une grande cuisine rénovée et entièrement équipée, salle à manger intérieure / extérieure et barbecue. Toutes les chambres de l'Kunea font face sur la piscine, court de tennis et la propriété paysager luxuriant. Il ya également des vues sur les montagnes de West Maui et l'océan en arrière-plan. Kunea Place est un trois minutes à pied de la plage de bébé et à quelques minutes des plages magnifiques et accessibles pour le surf et la planche à voile. A quatre minutes de route (ou 20 minutes à pied le long de la plage) vous emmène dans Paia, qui comme vous le savez est un fantastique village de plantation d'origine. Great location and neighborhood for families

The pool was Sparkling clean and so much fun for our family! Baby beach was beautiful and a 10 min walk The house has everything needed for family bbqs We had a great time

Great Stay

This property was amazing and was such a nice getaway from city life. The airport is very close so it makes it nice to be able to come in and leave the trip. Landscaped beautifully and the pool is deep. The views are breathtaking and the little things done to make you enjoy your time while at the rental were much appreciated. Laundry and wrap-around-lawn were nice and it is right near a golf course. You can walk through the grounds of the place a number of ways that make it to where dogs or neighbors can just walk into your area, but the neighbors are respectful as long as you're not being loud. Overall great place to stay and the updated bathrooms were such a nice treat to have. Would stay here again if I travel with a small group of friends again.

Great stay

The stay was great and worked perfectly where everyone had a seperate room or could gather if needed. The only annoyance but not an issue was the landscaping crews and navigating through them in the driveway.

Perfect for our family

We were visiting family on Maui and this home was perfect for our mutli generational household. The homes large yard and pool was great for our kids who had fun sharing one of the Ohana connected to the main home. We prefer staying on the North side of the island and near Paia, so the location fit that as well. We actually extended our stay because we weren’t ready to leave and Dennis was very prompt accommodating our request. We look forward to staying at this home again when we return to Maui for another family visit.

Perfect fit!

Never have been to Hawaii but this place felt like home! Loved that each room had its own bathroom, gorgeous view with a constant breeze and nothing felt far away. Host was very responsive, and even went out of his way to find an earring I noticed missing on my plane ride home, and is mailing it back... above and beyond!

First time in Maui

We really enjoyed our stay…was the perfect set up for our family. The pool is enormous - we didn’t find the pool toys until towards the end of our trip - (in a closet near the pool) but we loved the pool. We also ended up using the tennis court almost every day so big bonus there. There were several tennis rackets and balls and 2 pickle ball paddles. We walked to the beach a few times - it’s beautiful. One evening we watched 15+ turtles come up on the beach. The house is basically at the start of the Road to Hana so that is super convenient. Close to Paia, the airport, grocery store, etc. Several reviews mentioned the airplane traffic…we saw and heard the planes but it did not bother us at all. The only negative for us (and it was minor) was that the lawn crew showed up one morning and were there for several hours, mowing, blowing, pruning trees, etc. If we had known they were coming, we would have planned to be out at that time. Just would have been nice to get a heads up. Overall, would highly recommend for a larger family (with older kids/adult kids) or group of friends. Good times!

WOW

The house was the perfect setup for our crew! It couldn’t have worked out any better. The new outdoor shower was amazing! The kitchen is furnished with all the amenities needed. We ate all our meals on the Lanai and, what a view we had! The pool… OMGENORMOUS (new word)!!!!! We went to the beach twice but, not for long. We stayed poolside the rest of the stay. We are now spoiled as far as staying anywhere else. Dennis was even kind enough to allow a late checkout since our flight wasn’t till 8pm. The coolest part about the late checkout….the landscaper crew arrived and cut down a few coconuts and we got to drink and eat a couple! Everyone that we had contact with were very courteous and showed the true Aloha spirit! Well done!!! Looking forward to renting this beautiful property again! Mahalo 🌺

Relax in Comfort!

Property was amazing and very relaxing. We so enjoyed eating dinners and breakfast by the pool. The pool is 5 star and so nice to relax every day in! The small town nearby is within walking distance and has shopping and several places for drinks and dinners. The house neighborhood is quiet and the house was very clean and maintained. Chairs by the pool were super comfortable and the rooms were awesome that walked directly out to the pool. Everyone in our party loved the rooms and area. The kitchen has everything so we made dinners and enjoyed eating at the table by the pool. We easily streamed to the TV and watched sports from the pool area. Did I mention how awesome the pool was! I recommend this to anyone looking to vacation in Maui. It was close to the road to Hanna and several beaches/snorkling. Thank you to the owner.

A great family trip!

The property was equipped with all the amenities we needed to make our first visit to Maui amazing. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and was responsive. The pool was a hit and we spent lots of time in the backyard.

Great house

My family of four with a 2 yr old loved staying at this home. It was very close to baby beach - perhaps one of our favorite beaches in Maui. The proximity to Paia - a very cute town - was perfect. It was so central and easy to get to every spot on the island. We spent a lot of time in the pool and loved having our dinners outside. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the plane noise but honestly we got pretty used to it by night 3 and our boy loved watching the planes land so maybe not even a negative 😁

Perfect Family Hawaiian Getaway

This was the perfect home on a private, gated lot with a pool and tennis court all to ourselves. Our family of six had more than enough room for everyone to have their privacy but was perfect for everyone to gather for dinner and to hang out. One of the bathrooms is not attached so be prepared for that...but it was absolutely no problem for us. The property manager Dennis was quick to respond to anything that popped up during our stay. The location is conveniently located central to just about everything on the island. Because you are close to the airport you do hear the occasional airplane but it was nothing that put a damper in our stay. We had the absolute best time and will definitely stay there again when we return! We give it 6 stars!

Fantastic Stay!

This was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had so far! The house was on the most amazing, private and peaceful properties. The outdoor space was perfect for our family of 6 to lounge comfortably when not at the beach. We made good use of the fabulous pool! Dennis was very responsive and pleasant to speak with. If we visit Maui again, this is the first rental we’ll check out! We would for sure stay here again!

Great time

The home is great for families looking for an authentic Hawaiian experience. The home is rustic and charming. Not exactly pristine which worked great for our family as we didn’t feel like we had to be super careful or walk on egg shells. The home is well lived in. Well stocked kitchen so making meals was great! The outdoor living makes this home PERFECT. Baby beach is perfect for enjoying low waves for families. Dennis the manager is responsive and super nice! All the property maintenance personnel were super nice and even shared a coconut with our family when they removed coconuts from the trees. Dennis likes it when tenants report major issues so we did! We let him know there were no working smoke detectors and one of the toilets didn’t flush well. He was grateful for the report. When the dishwasher leaked, his guy was here within hours to fix it. Overall great stay! Our only disappointment which really wasn’t a disappointment more like a minor inconvenience, is the bedroom next to the living room doesn’t have an attached bathroom. So we took one for the team and stayed in that room. Our midnight jaunts to the potty were easier for us than it would be for our elderly family or the small child. But it’s really just a first world problem so we didn’t let that bug us. If you’re worried about the plane noise don’t be. I’m sensitive when I sleep and I got used to it on day two. Mahalo Dennis!

Beautiful home, great location

Beautiful home, many amenities. Well stocked and immaculate with comfortable beds and private baths, large kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Pristine pool and lots of pool toys. Lovely yard with privacy, flowers everywhere. 5 minute walk to white sand beach, 2 mile drive to Paia, resort village with shops and restaurants. 10 minutes to airport. Good host. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our group! We loved the separate spaces and the pool was huge! Air conditioning would have been nice but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hawaiian Maui house with our family (me, my wife and our nieces and newphews ranging from 13 to 25 years old). The house is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and boasts a large pool with a terrace and a tennis court. Everything was thoughtfully provided - from towels to beach gear, BBQ, to play tennis etc. etc. Also to mention: the kitchen was very well equipped. Maui, baby beach.

Their were 6 adults that stayed at the property, all around 60 year olds. It is secluded, with a giant yard with beautiful shrubs and trees. The pool is enormous and the tennis and pickle ball course are in immaculate condition. It is a 10 minute walk to baby beach and a 20 minute walk to Pa'ia. The kitchen was great, the couches and outdoor furniture were in great condition. The covered patio was great that made congregation perfect. There were roaches some dead and some alive and small ants in the bathroom near the garage area. I would not recommend children stay here because of the depth of the pool. It starts at 5.6 feet to about 12 feet and has easy access to pool from all rooms. There is NO air conditioning which can be uncomfortable while trying to sleep. It is near the airport and if you want to sleep, you WILL need earplugs, planes start flying around 4 a.m.and continue until near midnight. The master bedrooms bathroom is far from bedroom. The T,V.'s in the bedrooms were not operational.

Beautiful pool and yard

The home is older but well stocked with everything you could need for the bathroom and kitchen. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach where we saw sea turtles daily. The pool was beautiful along with the landscape of the backyard. The main road takes you to all the grocery and gas or a quaint shopping and eating area. One of our toilets stopped working and Dennis had it fixed immediately. Very easy to communicate with.
