Welcome to our home away from home in wine country! We are minutes from amazing wineries, restaurants & about 3 miles from Sonoma Square. A spacious home with a perfect backyard for bbq`s, entertaining and relaxing in the spa or by the fire pit.

We are perfectly located about 3 miles from Sonoma Square/Plaza and many wonderful wineries in Glen Ellen and Kenwood. It is a spacious 3 bedroom home with a large backyard perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining and relaxing in our brand new hot tub under the stars.

We are happy to host you in our home-away-from home however, please treat this house as your own and respect the fact that we live here every other weekend and you are in a quiet neighborhood with real families. We will absolutely not tolerate loud parties and since we know all of our neighbors we will hear about any inappropriate behavior.

Licensed with Sonoma County...vacation rental permit is posted on the premises.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED! Our home is a sanctuary in a quiet neighborhood and NOT a party place.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY for hot tub, decks, stairs, etc. and will adhere to ALL house rules as outlined on the Airbnb listing as well as on the welcome letter sent once booked.

QUIET HOURS: Sonoma County has updated their Quiet Hours to 9pm-7am. This includes loud voices outdoors and No Hot Tub use after 9pm.
No Smoking indoors or outdoors. This is strictly enforced and will result in loss of deposit.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. No hot tub use or outdoor music allowed during these times.
Please follow hot tub directions posted in house manuel.
Guests are asked to remove all food/supplies from the refridgerator and cupboards and put out trash at the end of their stay. (garbage located at side of house next to garage).
Load and start dishwasher before departure (dishwasher detergent in under kitchen sink).
Please strip your beds of sheets and place with soiled towels in laundry basket on top of washer/dryer.
Please turn off furnace/air conditioner upon departure, close all blinds/curtains and turn off all lights & fans.
Please ensure door and deadbolts are locked on all doors including sliding doors and garage door.
Please put key back in lockbox when you leave.
Absolutely no glass or food in hot tub. There are plastic wine cups in kitchen cabinets for outdoor use.
Maximum occupancy is 10guests during the day and 6 at night (this in accordance with Sonoma County Vacation Rental Permitting).
