✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home. The makeup tables provided in the bedrooms double as workstations, as do any table surfaces in the common areas.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, and children’s dinnerware.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy, so please leave your furry friends at home.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the Smart lock on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in for keyless entry.

TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES
**Pool heating is Optional October through May. $50/daily**
(HEATING REQUESTS HAVE TO BE MADE 48 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN)

This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other short term rental pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily).

*Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month).
*Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY.
*Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September.
*Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays.
