Great rental for family and friends

We decided on a last minute trip (less than a day from decision to travel) so we had little time to do research. In our communications with Marisella and Richard, they were very responsive to our questions and made me comfortable with moving forward. During our stay they didn’t disappoint providing a great rental and support for all of our questions. We had a few guests visit us during our stay and everyone commented on how much fun the home was with all of the kids being entertained without devices. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun rental for the entire family in Scottsdale.

The Ultimate Scottsdale Getaway

We had the best time staying here for a long weekend with friends! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for hanging out and relaxing, and the location was super convenient for getting around Scottsdale. The hosts were awesome—very responsive and just really kind people. We also loved all the games and activities at the house, which made it even more fun. Overall, an amazing stay and we’d definitely come back!

Amazing! Especially for families.

As advertised. Our family of five (kids 3, 7 and 8) had an amazing spring break. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and ALL the amazing games and toys. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious and well appointed with everything you could think of from kitchen, bath, pool, outdoor games. A great place for family fun! It worked wonderfully for a long time friend reunion of eight. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to relax!

So much to do at this property that we hardly left! The hosts were great (even the dog!) and we had such an amazing time with our teenagers and adult children. We would absolutely book again for our next trip to Scottsdale!

Wow, a home away from home 3

We had the most wonderful stay at this property! Marisella and Richard were absolutely amazing hosts – so responsive, welcoming, and lovely throughout our entire stay. They even went above and beyond by doing an initial grocery pick-up for us, which was a huge help and made settling in so much easier especially with all the little kids we had in our group!The property itself is stunning and had something for everyone in our group, from our young children to the adults. There were countless activities to enjoy, and we never ran out of things to do. Whether it was playing inside and outside, relaxing, or exploring the area, there was always something fun to keep us entertained.The house is very modern and beyond well-maintained. It’s fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials, linens and towels to children equipment (stroller too!). In fact, it’s the best home we’ve stayed in out of all our previous rentals – it truly felt like a home away from home!Additionally, the rooms are incredibly spacious, making it easy for our family to spread out and enjoy our time together comfortably. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this property and will definitely return again soon!

The week we spent here was nothing short of fabulous. The hosts have thought of literally everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds were comfortable, the pool was amazing, the game tables got used every day. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The house is stocked with everything you will need, as well as an awesome backyard. Exceptionally clean property and the grocery concierge’s service was awesome to not have to spend the beginning part of a trip at a grocery store!

Great Family Vacation

Our family (8 adults and one toddler) stayed at the house for a week. The property was stocked with all the necessities you could need (and more). The kids toys/games/pool toys were great, and the pool area/backyard space was amazing. Richard, Marisella, and their dog Kobe are awesome hosts and we would definitely recommend a stay at their beautiful property!

City Retreat!

Wonderful property— right in the middle of everything, but large enough to give you the feeling of being in the country. Beautiful decorations and amenities, and so easy and friendly to deal with. Would definitely highly recommend, and will definitely stay again. If we could give six stars, we would!!!

Before retirement, I spent over 3,000 nights in hotels across the country. My wife and I designed this house, specifically to be comfortable for vacationers.
