Complete Remodel in 2022!! The perfect Scottsdale Getaway! Stay in a luxury home that has been remodeled throughout! Spacious and tastefully decorated and ready for you to enjoy. 5 bedrooms and two full baths inside. Home has wood floors throughout and remodeled Kitchen and Bathrooms. Arcade with 3 video games! Backyard Oasis that features grill ramada, pool, spa. Great location close to Kierland, City North, and Desert Ridge. A Great getaway spot to enjoy all that Scottsdale has to offer.

The space
This home underwent a complete overhaul in July 2022 and ready for Arizona travelers to enjoy! Perfect layout for large groups looking for comfort and style. Professional design that includes stylish decor and comfortable beds and furnishings. Get a game in at the custom arcade or gather around the custom bar to chat about the day or a cocktail.

This home is an entertainers dream. Fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances and marble counters. Spacious living area to enjoy a movie or a game. Backyard Oasis with amenities galore. Cool off in the pool with heating option or soak those sore muscles in the hot tub. Custom grilling ramada which offers bar seating and multiple grills.

Ideal location that is close to Scottsdale Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. Waste Management Phoenix Open just a few minutes away as well as Westworld.

House Rules.

This home is located in a quiet residential area and NO loud parties will be tolerated . You are welcome to have fun but but it must be done in a respectful manner.

No smoking in the home at any time.

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Please notify manager at least 72 hour in advance of desire to heat pool.

Booking party must be at least 25 years of age or obtain prior approval to book.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data.

Great stay!

The house was very clean, beds comfortable. I the two instances that I reached out with questions during my stay, the host was immediately responding. We did not explore much because we were visiting family, but the neighborhood was quiet.

Excellent place

This home was beautiful and exactly what we needed. It was very spacious and the pool was great. The location was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had one small problem and Brad was very quick to fix it.

No AC in AZ July, 100 degree weather

We arrived at the first property and turned the ac on to start cooling while we unpacked and got groceries. By the time we finished we realized that the ac was not even blowing air and the house was sitting in the mid 80's with no airflow. We contacted the host, and we were offered a few alternative properties. We eventually settled on one close by that had the number of rooms and beds we needed. Unfortunately, because we moved to a new property, we lost out on the arcade games which was one of the primary reasons we rented this property. We then had to move all of our things, in the heat, to the new property. We asked if we could be compensated for the first night or receive some sort of credit for having to endure the heat and then pack up 10 people and move to a different property. We were told there would be no concessions.We arrived at the new property, only to find out that the ac there did not work either. Thankfully the upstairs bedrooms at the new property were cool, but the entire first floor was also in the mid 80's the whole time. We tried to avoid cooking or turning the oven on because it was getting so hot in the house. Air was coming out of the vents, but it was not cooling down. I had asked the prior host if we needed updated contact information for the new host, and he said that all communication could continue to go through him. We informed him of the ac being broken at this property as well, and we received no helpful response.

Prepare to be disappointed

Property was advertised with hot tub and fully stocked kitchen. Neither were true. When we questioned the property manager about the hot tub, they stated it was "broken beyond repair and removed from the listing"...He removed it from the listing while we were on site and talking to him about it. We had to buy coffee mugs, and there wasn't a bowl large enough to make a salad. The bbq was filthy and there weren't any bbq utensils. The sidewalk around the pool was broken, causing a fall hazard. It rained while we were there and we found bare wires sitting in standing water due to poor drainage. The lights are cross wired, so if you turned on a light in the living room, it turned off a light in the bedroom. One light we couldn't even turn off. Things were broken and left as is and we found cockroaches in the master bathroom. When issues were brought to the managements attention, we were either ignored or gaslit. The property has the potential to be really awesome. It needs better management.
