Good

We rented this house while we showed at the Livestock show. The house was very clean and the distance to the show was very little, which was great! Communication was good. There was one little issue with the water, but the homeowners made it right, so we were happy! This a 3 story condo type. With kids and luggage it was a little inconvenient but we had plenty of room.

Neither here nor there

I don't want to be one of those online critics pointing out every little thing that went wrong with hopes to scare away any future customers for this property owner. But I will say we were pretty inconvenienced and let down. I'm just hopeful the management will sharpen up overall and as excited as we were to stay here, I'm sad to say it won't be a repeat vrbo for us.

One time Book

I booked the place and it met my expectations. Everything was clean and look exactly like the pictures. The host communicated well and respond promptly every time I texted. The tv in the bedroom downstairs had sounds issues as the sound kept going on. Please let it be noted I did not communicate this with the host and I’m sure if I did, they would’ve helped me no problem. I enjoyed my stay and am very thankful.

Looks can be deceiving

Don’t let the nice pictures fool you.Don’t get me wrong the house is beautiful but TERRIBLE location.Check in process was smooth got in the house no problem.Looking at the pictures having all the games&a hot tub was a HUGE plus considering we’re traveling with our kids &keeping them entertained during our stay was something we were looking forward to..but for starters the foosball table was broken couldn’t properly play some of the players were broken, the shuffle board usually has salt on the board to be able to glide across the board but this one didn’t so it was a little hard to play but I could maybe understand not wanting sand all over the floor. Secondly the host mentioned that they have wkly inspections on the hot tub but it surprises me that the tech hasn’t mentioned that it may be broken. We ran the hot tub for about 4 hrs and it never got above 72 temp. Our stay was for 3N&on the 2 night our lights went out for 5rs.Checking the site outage map center point stated it was a planned outage.The host would’ve definitely know about this if they checked their overfilled mailbox.Upon arrival there was a yellow door tag from center point hanging out the mailbox that states the outage. I spoke with the host&mentioned if they checked they would’ve known and should’ve blocked that day out so the house couldn’t be rented. Being out of power for 5hrs is a HUGE inconvenience considering we paid quite a bit for the rental.. to mention the “cleaners” keep all the trashN garage

We do sincerely apologize for your some of the inconveniences that may have occurred. The Hot Tub issue was just a matter of it being unplugged for an extended amount of time, there is a sand shaker on top on the shuffle board table for guests to use at their own discretion. We take full responsibility for the foosball table as we simply weren’t aware of any damages until you kindly let us know. Lastly, as we discussed privately we haven’t been home for quite some time so unless our cleaners or guests let us know about any issues, there is no possible way for us to address certain deficiencies such as an overflow of mail. Furthermore, we issued you a generous refund for that period you went without power despite it being out of our control. In the end, we did everything humanly possible to ensure that you as well as all of our guests have a comfortable stay even if external factors made it difficult. Thanks to your feedback we were able to address certain problems that have not been brought to our attention which lead to us receiving a kind 5 Star Review.
