This cozy 2BD/1BA is ideal for quick getaways and long stays. Thoughtfully designed and fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free visit â w/ stylish touched throughout.

About the Property:
Our fully remodeled 2 BD / 1 BA home comes with a large, screened-in patio, covered patio, and a large backyard! BOTH bedrooms contain king size beds while the living room has two pull out sofas that turn into full size beds! Both bedrooms have dedicated work areas in case you need to take care of business. One bedroom has a 50" 4K smart TV.
Natural light flows throughout the house, highlighting the elegant, stylish, and upscale touches across the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, coffee machine, cookware, utensils, blender, cutting board, and more. The living room has a 65" 4K smart TV while the dining area has comfortable seating for the entire family. We also welcome the pups!
Step outside into the patio, where multiple seating areas provide a calm, serene spot to relax and eat. You don't have to worry about the bugs as the area is fully screened-in! We also have another seating area under the covered patio with a super comfy rocking papasan. Enjoy beautiful lighting in the backyard and relax.
Note: there is a detached garage on the property but it is not functional and is only used for storage. The garage is not available to guests.
Guest Access & Neighborhood / Area Info:
You will have access to the entire house, patio, and backyard. The home has a newly constructed long driveway that can accommodate 2 - 3 cars (single row). You can also park in front of the house as long as it does not overflow / impede into any of the neighbor's properties. You will have the property to yourself.
The home also has a washer-dryer in the laundry room. The washer-dryer is available to guests.
There is a detached garage on the property but it is not functional and is only used for storage. The garage is not available to guests.
Other Details:
Dogs are welcome but please keep them on leash outside or fully enclosed in the backyard. Do not leave pets unsupervised outside. Max 2 dogs. Pet fees apply.
The home is in the heart of Houston! There are numerous grocery stores, restaurants, parks, amenities, etc. very close by.
Note that there is a bar / lounge in the neighborhood and it does stay busy, especially on Thu - Sun nights. You cannot hear any of the bar / lounge noise from the home, but there is significant street traffic when driving by. This is easily avoidable by going out through the north part of the neighborhood to S MacGregor Way as opposed to going toward Old Spanish Trail / Alt 90.
Please supervise children and pets at all times to ensure their safety. The owners and their agents are not responsible for any incidents and guests will be liable for any damages, incidents, injuries, etc.
Please note we have two security cameras on the front / driveway and one on the backside of the house. Two of the cameras face towards the driveway / front door. One camera faces towards the back door / patio / rear driveway area. All cameras are on and set to record.

The home is very close to Hwy 288, S MacGregor Way, and Old Spanish Trail - less than 5 mins from the Medical Center and Hermann Park. The location cannot be beat! You are close to all of the major spots in Houston whether you want to enjoy the sports teams, major concerts / shows, the Rodeo, Downtown, UofH, Rice, etc.!
