Escape to our beautifully designed waterfront home with an open floor plan and dual master suites. Our thoughtfully crafted space provides the perfect balance of comfort and luxury for your stay. On the main level, you’ll find a spacious primary suite and another bedroom with a full bath just outside. Upstairs, there are two more primary suites, each with their own private bathroom. The loft overlooking the main living area provides a great space to unwind and take in the stunning views.

But the fun doesn’t stop there – head down to the lower level for even more entertainment options. Watch movies on the large Smart TV, challenge your friends to a game of indoor basketball, air hockey, or ping pong. Or, simply relax in the comfortable and cozy setting.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Guests have access to the entire house and outside area, including the yard and dock. Dock tie-up for two boats. Covered slips and lifts are not for guest use. No access to the owner`s closet.
Guests do not have access to the garage but may park in front of it. Do not park in the grass. Comfortable parking for 6 vehicles.
No Events, No Pets, Must be 25 years of age, No Fireworks. To ensure a smooth stay, guests will be asked to complete a brief rental agreement and registration form after booking
