Had a luxury feel and smell to it with beautiful touches. Floors, bathrooms, beds, kitchen, vents washing machine (no black mold) had not a speck of dirt. Many places we've rented have had a musty smell to it. Not this place. Parking on the street was easy, beds were comfortable, great location! Noise was very minimal. Very quiet at night. Easy walking distance to Forsyth Park, very close to Kroger and a little Italian restaurant called Veritina that serves brunch on weekends.

Weekend in Savannah

The Carriage House was absolutely perfect for our recent visit to Savannah! The house is exactly as listed, and all rooms are decorated very tastefully. We loved the BBQ space and the courtyard. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is excellent with an easy walk to Forsyth Park and downtown. We highly recommend this home!

The house was very nice. Clean and tastefully decorated. My only complaint was the alley. Cardboard boxes continued to lay on the ground even after garbage pick up. The house location was perfect. I gave a 3 star because of the neighborhood garbage.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 3 of us on this wonderful trip to celebrate the 4th of July 2025! House was as pictured -gorgeous! The lovely shared courtyard was a welcome gem as we opened up our patio doors and brought the inside out. Its a nice walk to River Street, but still worth the stay. Stores nearby and everything you need to be comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Amazing place in downtown Savannah!

Very modern, upscale feel to this place. We really enjoyed the private balcony and the courtyard. Bed was very comfortable and very large master bath. Location was perfect for our Savannah activities. Quiet neighborhood, but definitely lock up your valuables. Our friends’ truck was rummaged through and change taken but no damage. Street parking was easy. The only downside was the WiFi. They got it connected for us on the first night but then it went out again and we never got it back. But we weren’t there to watch TV so no big deal. I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay again if we come back to Savannah.

Delightful Stay in Savannah

From the moment we stepped into the carriage house my daughter and I felt right at home. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures and was actually larger than we thought it would be. The entire home was beautifully appointed and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great. The home is filled with natural light in all the right areas and was just the right size for us to have a few guests over for dinner without feeling crowded. From check-in to check-out, the process was seamless. On a side note, when we checked in there was no internet connectivity, but the property management company was able to take care of this issue by the end of our stay.We did eat in a lot and while there are ample dishes of every kind, silverware/cutlery, cutting boards, stainless steel cookware, a mixer/blender, and various other items, I couldn't locate any bakeware other than a rectangular baking sheet. I am sure these items will be acquired in the future, and this did not diminish the quality of our stay (I always bring these items with me when I plan to cook on vacation). An overall wonderful stay and I will absolutely be returning to this property in the future.

This was a beautiful property close to everything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a few days in Savannah. Only issue was the WiFi was not great but not a big issue for us. Will definitely rebook

We had to buy a few pots and things to make cooking easier since there weren't many options but the appliances and accommodations were amazing. Such a lovely house and a nice quiet area. Walking distance to many museums and beautiful churches making it a great hub for exploring the beauty and history of Savannah. 8/10 would book again!
