Welcome to Chic Savannah Hideaway, a two bedroom, two bathroom, coastal chic condo located directly in the heart of the Downtown Historic District. Featuring two king beds, spacious bathrooms, incredible natural light, elevated decor and an unbeatable location - you'll never want to leave!

Savannah is a walker's paradise, a perfect geometric grid. Enchanting coffee shops, seriously amazing restaurants, bars, architecture, art, culture, and shopping are all located within 10 to 15 minutes. It is easy to escape into the Spanish Moss trees that line any of 22 historic squares. After exploring the city, slip back to your hideaway, kick off your shoes, and curl up on the comfortable sofa with a glass of wine. Foodies can whip up a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen with all the gear. A washer and dryer are also available within the condo.

Soaring ceilings and bright southern exposure allows the natural light to flood in through the tall windows. There are plenty of options to choose your favorite entertainment programing with three big-screen smart TV's, one in each bedroom plus another in the living room. Go for a carriage ride down the cobblestone streets past the historic mansions.

Parking is on-street, City of Savannah Visitors Day Pass is available for purchase. For a pass, go to Visitors Information Center or the Parking Services office on Bryan or the 17hundred90 Inn front desk at 302 E Presidents Street. Absolutely Amazing

Dream location. Pictures accurately reflected vacation property. The noise outside was the only negative, but if you bring a sound machine, it will help. I would stay here again!

The location and apartment were amazing! Great place to hang out during downtime and convenient location allowing visitors to walk everywhere! Would definitely recommend this to others.

Beautiful Condo in Best Location

This property was perfectly situated in the historic district of Savannah. The condo was clean and the management was super helpful with our questions. We'd definitely come back and stay again.

Only issue was that the elevator was not working and condo is on 3rd floor. It was noted in the building that the elevator was getting fixed. Highly recommend this condo.

CENTER OF IT ALL!

Great property and location! I would recommend bringing foam earplugs and a night mask (we were facing Whitaker Street) if you are a light sleeper. A vibrant nightlife is VERY close by!

Everything was great. Perfect location for shopping, squares, trolley, tours, restaurants. Beds comfortable, apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Very Noisy on Sat night until 2am (but this is an area problem, not the apartments problem), but weeknights were normal city noise.

Savannah Get-Away

The location was great in the center of the Historic District Savannah. The only caution is to be aware that this is an older building and the elevator operation is iffy. The elevator was out for the lot 3 days of our stay. With this one exception, everything was great.

Close to amazing restaurants and shopping. Walk to everywhere. This may sound silly, but our only complaint was that the floors were insanely slippery. Never experienced anything like it. Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was great. However, the location leaved a bit to be desired. We were right beside a weed shop with an underground bar. This was very noisy. There was absolutely no where to park without fear of being towed. We had to unload really fast and then move to a parking garage. There were also only 3 washcloths in the entire apartment. The lock broke during our stay and so did the elevator. We had to get all of our luggage down 3 flights of stairs while Hoping we didn’t get towed. The building was also very hard to locate. You could barely see the name on the faded awning.

Super Chic Downtown Savannah Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing mini vacay here and honestly don’t have anything negative to say. The location was amazing and centrally located to everything, and while parking wasn’t onsite, there are plenty of parking garages nearby and an alley next to the building you can use for loading/unloading your car. Lucky Savannah was absolutely awesome in their attention and even scoured Savannah looking for a floor fan when we requested one. We also had one of the shower drains plug up and stop draining altogether, but I submitted a maintenance request and someone arrived to fix it that day. The unit itself is super bright and inviting with beautiful decor and finishes. We really had a wonderful time here and would absolutely stay again! The only thing I would caution is that if you are a super light sleeper then you probably shouldn’t stay in downtown Savannah. The bars stay open super late and there are always loud people and loud cars going past outside. While the noise didn’t bother us, and the unit even has sound machines to help out with this, I can see how it may annoy someone who is used to sleeping in a very quiet setting.

Great Location, Nice Modern Apartment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this Whitaker Street apartment for 4 days/3nights. It is in a great location in Historic downtown Savannah withing walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. It is about 3 blocks from River street. We did not have an issue using the codes to get into the building or the apartment. The apartment is just as pictured and was very clean. We parked in the State street parking deck and paid a total of $31 for the three days we parked there. The only issue we had was the remote controls for the TVs needing new batteries because sometimes they worked and sometimes they did not. The water pressure is low in the bathroom but that was not an issue for us. We understood that it is a older historic building. There can be noise outside on the weekends, but that did not bother us. I would definitely stay at this apartment again or any other property of Lucky Savannah.

The bad: elevator does not work, we had to take stairs up and down 3 stories, the toilet is small, no deadbolt lock, the first room take awhile to get cool as it has only one vent.
