Welcome to Chic Savannah Hideaway, a two bedroom, two bathroom, coastal chic condo located directly in the heart of the Downtown Historic District. Featuring two king beds, spacious bathrooms, incredible natural light, elevated decor and an unbeatable location - you'll never want to leave!

Savannah is a walker's paradise, a perfect geometric grid. Enchanting coffee shops, seriously amazing restaurants, bars, architecture, art, culture, and shopping are all located within 10 to 15 minutes. It is easy to escape into the Spanish Moss trees that line any of 22 historic squares. After exploring the city, slip back to your hideaway, kick off your shoes, and curl up on the comfortable sofa with a glass of wine. Foodies can whip up a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen with all the gear. A washer and dryer are also available within the condo.

Soaring ceilings and bright southern exposure allows the natural light to flood in through the tall windows. There are plenty of options to choose your favorite entertainment programing with three big-screen smart TV's, one in each bedroom plus another in the living room. Sink into a comfortable, eco friendly new mattress with quality boutique bedding. This space is comfortable, functional, beautifully colorful, and rave worthy. Located on the corner of Broughton and Whitaker, it is a quick 20-minute drive or Uber from the airport. The nickname “Hostess City” fits the bill. Savannah is a warm, friendly blend of funky, scenic, romantic, and artistic vibes. Take a formal walking tour, historical tour, or food tour through this fascinating city. Go for a carriage ride down the cobblestone streets past the historic mansions.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Would not recommend unless you don’t plan on sleeping at night and plan to walk everywhere. The walls/windows are very thin so you can hear everything outside. Just when the nightlife calms down, here come the garbage pick up trucks and street sweepers. So you won’t sleep much. I failed to read the reviews before booking or I wouldn’t have. I contacted the office to see if we could move to another OPEN property and was told no. I sent a email also and got no response. There was no designated parking. The closest garage in several directions is 2 or more blocks away. There isn’t even an unloading zone. You will spend a lot in parking fees. The unit was bright and clean. We only had issues with the ice maker not working and a toilet paper holder hanging from the wall.

The overall condition of the place was good, with only a few minor issues. The place highlights a bit of old history with a more modern finish. Street noice, especially on the weekend can be high. The only truly constructive comment surrounds cleaning, which can be enhanced.

We were there for a dance competition that was being held at the Savannah Convention Center. The location was an easy 5-10min walk to the ferry to cross the river each day. The building is great if you are wanting to be right downtown in the heart of the party. With that said, it’s loud. Like really loud and bright pretty much until 3am every single night. You can hear and see everything all night long which was a bummer since we had to be up very early for competition. Some black out curtains would go a long way in my opinion. There are also sound machines in the rooms which helped some but not completely. Other than that, the place is super cute, clean and fully stocked and is close to most everything.

Great Location

Very convenient location. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. There is a bar downstairs that had noise until 3am for awareness if you are a light sleeper. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The location was perfect for us. It was close to the river and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The property was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Would stay here again!

Only issue was that the elevator was not working and condo is on 3rd floor. It was noted in the building that the elevator was getting fixed. Highly recommend this condo.

Absolutely Amazing

Dream location. Pictures accurately reflected vacation property. The noise outside was the only negative, but if you bring a sound machine, it will help. I would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was great. However, the location leaved a bit to be desired. We were right beside a weed shop with an underground bar. This was very noisy. There was absolutely no where to park without fear of being towed. We had to unload really fast and then move to a parking garage. There were also only 3 washcloths in the entire apartment. The lock broke during our stay and so did the elevator. We had to get all of our luggage down 3 flights of stairs while Hoping we didn’t get towed. The building was also very hard to locate. You could barely see the name on the faded awning.

Super Chic Downtown Savannah Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing mini vacay here and honestly don’t have anything negative to say. The location was amazing and centrally located to everything, and while parking wasn’t onsite, there are plenty of parking garages nearby and an alley next to the building you can use for loading/unloading your car. Lucky Savannah was absolutely awesome in their attention and even scoured Savannah looking for a floor fan when we requested one. We also had one of the shower drains plug up and stop draining altogether, but I submitted a maintenance request and someone arrived to fix it that day. The unit itself is super bright and inviting with beautiful decor and finishes. We really had a wonderful time here and would absolutely stay again! The only thing I would caution is that if you are a super light sleeper then you probably shouldn’t stay in downtown Savannah. The bars stay open super late and there are always loud people and loud cars going past outside. While the noise didn’t bother us, and the unit even has sound machines to help out with this, I can see how it may annoy someone who is used to sleeping in a very quiet setting.

Everything was great. Perfect location for shopping, squares, trolley, tours, restaurants. Beds comfortable, apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Very Noisy on Sat night until 2am (but this is an area problem, not the apartments problem), but weeknights were normal city noise.

Perfect Stay in Savannah

The location and apartment were amazing! Great place to hang out during downtime and convenient location allowing visitors to walk everywhere! Would definitely recommend this to others.
