The place was darling and oh so comfy. We walked to everything from our front porch. The tour trolley went past our front porch and the tour guide pointed out the cottage. Someone on the trolley yelled to me “I love your house”. I thanked her but had a hearty laugh to myself. We will choose this home again on our next trip to Savannah.

Great stay! Good location, house was as pictured. Beds were super comfortable! Amazing shower pressure. Was cool enough even when it was 90 outside. Host was very responsive! No complaints!

This gem of a house was a perfect quiet oasis away from the stress of daily life. Situated on a beautiful square, we enjoyed our time sitting on the porch and watching daily life in Savannah. Very nice stay!

Wonderful stay! The location was perfect—within walking distance of historic downtown, but far enough away that we weren’t right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Parking was never a problem, which was a huge plus. It was a great place to stay with kids, and we loved being able to walk into town and then come back to a quieter area.They even had activities for the kids to play with and baby gates available, which was such a thoughtful touch for families. The hosts were very communicative throughout our stay and even provided a list of family-friendly things to do around town, which we really appreciated.The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful historic home right in the heart of Savannah. Spacious inside and loved the front porch facing the square. I was worried about finding on street parking but was not an issue. Been going to Savannah for decades and this is the best place we have stayed!

This house was perfect for our family and the location was great. The character, furnishings, and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the space, comfy beds, front porch, and courtyard. Modern updates with all the charm in the historic district. The host was fantastic. Victor provided great information and offered BOTH early check-in and late check out. The parking on the street was simple, as well. We were within walking distance to River Street, restaurants, and shopping.

Darling place in a great, walkable location! Plenty of parking close to the house. Quiet neighborhood. It's on most of the Savannah tour routes, so we got to enjoy watching the carriage rides go by. You'll love the front porch! We would definetly stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay in Savannah! Everything was so clean and check in went so smoothly. This home is in such a great location and we were able to walk everywhere! Victor was very communicative and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do! We especially enjoyed the Common restaurant and the Bowl and Brew!

The property host was quick to respond and the cottage was well stocked. The chairs on the covered porch were perfect for our morning coffee. The location was perfect with everything we planned to do in walking distance.

Peace and quite, great location

1800s house with modern technology, coffee on the front porch in the mornings, quite neighborhood, we walked everywhere never moved the car, host was informative, check in and out very easy, we will be back!

Perfect house for girls weekend

This house was perfect for our long girls weekend. It’s in an excellent location and walking distance to everything. House was clean and so quaint. Owner was super communicative and gave great options for dinners and things to do. Will definitely try to get here again

We spent a week in Savannah, the house was excellent. I really like the front porch. We spent our mornings out there having some coffee. The house is with walking distance to downtown, and all the sites.The house furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. Bathrooms were well supplied. It is a very cute house. We had a great time, and would rent it again.

Just what we needed!

My husband and I spent a few days in Savannah to visit with our youngest child. This adorable old cottage was so welcoming. We enjoyed feeing at home and relaxing as we watched a whole different world go by from the big beautiful windows. The neighborhood is gorgeous. The location is wonderful, an easy walk to enjoy food and shopping on Broughton and River St. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again and again!

Sweet home!

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s nice not to have a big mgt company managing the property. I have stayed at others like that in Savannah and the difference shows. This house is clean and it’s easy … VERY easy …to get in touch with the owner. Parking is available on the street all the time which is nice. Book it!!!

Sister Getaway in Savannah!!

One of my sisters and I had a brief but packed visit to beautiful Savannah! We both loved the house, the location and the spectacular care the homeowners provided us in accommodating our delayed arrival/departure ans navigating the superb food scene in town! Our faces lit up like kids on Christmas when we first heard the horse-drawn carts as they passed by the house! The house was impeccably clean and comfortable and exuded true southern charm! Hope to visit again soon!
