Wonderful Family Stay

We had such a great stay here with our family. The house was beautiful, very clean, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Having the 2 golf carts was a huge plus and made getting around Sandestin so easy and fun. The location was perfect, and everything about the stay felt easy and comfortable. We made so many great memories and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home with a Golf Cart in a HOA Community

We had a great stay at this beautiful two-story home! The house was spotless and we had tons of space for our group. The interior was beautifully decorated, welcoming, and well cared for. The two Golf carts were amazing. The HOA community was quiet, well maintained, and felt very safe, which we really appreciated. Beach luxury vacations was a great company to rent from. The layout of the home worked perfectly, with plenty of space to spread out between the two floors. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would absolutely book again!

Fabulous vacation

Our family had such a fabulous vacation at Beach and Birdie! Enough room for everyone, the home was comfortable and super clean. We had two golf carts to travel around Sandestin. We will be back again!

Dads weekend - golf excursion

5 stars - no notes. The house was spacious and clean. House was exceptionally furnished for lounging post golf round. Slept 6 easily but could have fit 10! Great main living space for crashing and watching sports. Played 3 wonderful golf rounds all within a 10 minute golf cart ride. Great food options. We will be coming back.

Beautiful home in Sandestin. There were so many things to do in Sandestin and travel throughout was made so easy with the homes 2 golf carts. The kids really thought t was cool to travel that way. If we ever come back to this area this is the home we hope to stay in again.

The Best of The Best

We had an amazing vacay! The home was perfect, spotless and had everything we could ever need. No clue how you guys keep that floor clean, wow! The golf carts were great for trips to the beach and shopping. Thanks Beach Luxury Vacations for all the memories!

Outstanding Stay

The listing was exactly what we saw when we booked the property, but better than expected. The rooms felt spacious and all of the 2nd floor rooms had their own the bathrooms, only the bunk rom had a shared bathroom. Outstanding neighborhood with pool, access to the resort pools and the Warf was close by. Just a short golf cart ride to the beach (2 carts were provided) and the owners left us 4 high quality beach chairs to use. This was an enjoyable and easy vacation. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation, 5 Stars!

We had such an amazing stay in this home. Baytowne Beach N Birdie was immaculate, spacious, well stocked and came with 2 golf carts. Taking the carts to and from the beach was a breeze. We really appreciated the backpack beach chairs. The check-in process with Beach Luxury Vacations was simple. Their admin team was extremely helpful and offered plenty of recommendations for restaurants and excursion companies. We hope to be back soon!

Stunning Home

We stayed at this property with my family 4 adults, 2 grandparents and 2 kids. The house accommodated us very well and was very spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with really anything you might need. The backyard view of the golf course and Tuesday firework show was fabulous. The 2 golf carts made it easy to get around the community and enjoy all the amenities. The pool was very close and convenient. The community was quiet and friendly. The Wharf was also close by and had a lot of fun activities. We highly recommend this property, as well as the management, they were quickly responsive to our questions and extremely kind!

Perfect for Our Girls Getaway!

Such a beautiful home! It was the perfect place for the five of us to get together for our annual girls trip (35 y/o). Enough room for relaxing, sleeping, getting ready, etc. Felt very elevated without being stuffy. Being on the golf course was lovely, and the two golf carts made it so easy to get around. We opted to not rent a car and we're glad we didn't, because the golf carts (yes, two!) made it so that we could go anywhere we needed, even breaking up into groups. You can easily Instacart and Uber too if needed. Lastly, Chad the Property Manager was a HUGE help in helping us get in the house when we couldn't understand the code (user error) and made himself available for any questions we had. We're going to come back here for sure!

The house was very clean and we loved having a full bath for every bedroom. The kitchen had all necessities needed to prepare meals and there’s a cooler there to pack for the beach, which is a super fun golf cart ride away. Parking is a little tight with the 2 carts, so I would recommend only bringing one car if possible! Our only big disappointment was the inaccuracy of the community pool distance- It was listed as 100 feet from the house, but was actually about 1/3 of a mile and was very small compared to some of the other public pools available. Also make note there are no beach towels and very minimal toiletries provided. Overall we had a great time and love sandestin!

A peaceful time

First of no complaints at all and i've never had a cleaner home. The nearby golf course lead to a good view and the hoa kept it all quiet.
