SERVICE GRATUIT QUOTIDIEN DE LA PLAGE DU 1er MARS AU 30 NOVEMBRE (2 chaises et 1 parasol).

Southern Comfort est une maison de vacances de luxe 5BR / 4BA pouvant accueillir 14 personnes et située à seulement 50 pas de l'accès à la plage fermée et à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la piscine fermée. La cuisine est belle et fonctionnelle avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, de belles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et un garde-manger surdimensionné avec des planchers de bois franc dans toute la maison.

Également situé au premier étage, vous trouverez une grande buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse d’une très grande capacité, ainsi qu’une chambre double avec salle de bain privée.

Les étages supérieurs offrent des chambres spacieuses, dont une suite principale impressionnante au deuxième étage. Détendez-vous dans le coin salon ou détendez-vous dans la grande baignoire de la salle de bains principale.

Adjacent à la suite principale, vous trouverez une chambre avec lit queen-size, un dressing et une salle de bains spacieuse avec double vasque.

Le troisième étage peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement avec un lit king-size dans une chambre et un lit queen-size dans l'autre. Ces chambres partagent une salle de bains.

La plage de Frangista a été présentée dans les magazines Coastal Living et HGTV et est une destination prisée des vacanciers. Il est à quelques minutes du Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, du village de Baytowne Wharf, des magasins Silver Sands Premium Outlets, du parc aquatique Big Kahuna et de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et lieux de divertissement adaptés aux familles.

A truly wonderful family vacation.

My family and I haven't had a getaway like this in a long while. We wanted it to be fun filled and memorable. It was both of these things. The accommodations were delightful.

Southern Comfort was perfect for our 2 families celebrating our graduates. House was directly across from the beach access and slept all 11 of our guest comfortably. The kids loved the pool to enjoy after coming back from the beach.

Not only do we love working with this company, but this house made our week vacation so great we chose to stay an extra day! Everything works perfectly, steps to the beach- so nice to be the first house on the block- great pool, you have all the space, the recent remodel is great! Can’t say enough. You will be happy you booked!

A great House in A Great Location!

The home was very clean, freshly painted and in a great location. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were handled quickly (the rental agency is just across the street). The home is directly across the street from the beach entrance and is as close to beach front as possible without actually being in a beachfront home. The only negative is the noise. The home is located on a very busy street corner and it was spring break. We knew this when we made the reservation. A small trade off for the location and convenience.

A Real Pleasure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the stay immensely. We had a family of 8 adults and 7 kids ages 1-12. The location is ideal as the gated beach access is right across the street making it easy to transport all the beach gear. The parking on a side street off the main road is a real plus. The pool at the back entrance is small, but great for adults to sit and watch the little ones. The 2 front porches were amazing to sit and relax with a cold drink. 100% would consider this for a large group as the 4 bedrooms, plus the loft area for the older kids to sleep gave everyone their own area. No uncomfortable sleep sofas!

The rooms were very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with pot, pans, utensils, wine opener, etc. We had 10 adults and two babies and we never felt like we were on top of one another. Plenty of space to sit indoors and out. We spent lots of time at the beach. Would definitely come back again.

Property was very clean upon arrival and the management company very responsive and friendly to an AC issue that we experienced. General Maintenance Condition of the house was acceptable but is in need of an interior painting especially in the dated bathrooms. We would book again!

Great Family getaway

Reviewer Comments: Had all 3 of our grown kids and daughter-in-law and 1 grandchild with us on this week of vacation. the location was perfect for us, with all the needs of a little one. We had great conversation over our morning coffee on the front porch,along with many dinners on the second level porch, for great privacy and to be able to enjoy the weather. We got to stay inand enjoy making our own dinners together, because f all the room in the kitchen. Really got to enjoy family!!

The location was amazing and we enjoyed the house, especially sitting on the porch watching people. The app was so helpful. We had 2 really small issues when we arrived Saturday night. We placed a ticket in the app and surprised when they called Sunday setting up a time to fix it. We expected it would be Monday. The repair person came on a Sunday and was professional, quick and super friendly. They were quick to respond to any questions via text. They checked on us throughout the stay. This is the service you want when renting a house. When we go back we are definitely looking for a rental from this company.

Not what was advertised in pictures for rental. Horrible customer service and treated poorly

As not what was advertised in pictures. Was told by the office I should have google mapped the address in the contract instead of going by pictures. Was suppose to be beach front with a bigger pool was not. Bathroom was not handicap accessible. House had sand all over I Clyde g on some of the beds. 3rd floor was hot and sometimes reached over 80*. Owner stated he would give me a refund but we would then have to find a place to stay there was 11 of us from Illinois. This was our kids/grandkids Christmas Thankfully they made the best of it. I was furious.

The house and location to the beach were amazing. You literally couldn't be closer. The little pool at the house was great. The larger community pool was really nice as well. The only thing i wish id understood a little better was regarding the 3rd floor bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is a fantastic bonus room. There is no privacy though if a couple were paying their share for a bedroom. It's perfect for a family with kids or teens up there. zYou walk up the stairs right into the bedroom and you walk through it to get to the other bedroom. The only other thing id wish id have known was that while you're swimming, someone can and will come up and start surf fishing right next to ya. I live in a state where you can surf fish in designated areas at designated times so it was a little strange to me but to each their own. I've just never encountered that anywhere else I've stayed over the past 11 years vacationing in this area. My family loved our vacation and everyone we encountered along the way from the community was very friendly.

Great location and responsive, friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay!! A group of 13 friends and family spent spring break here. There was plenty of space, the location was right in the middle of everything with beach access just across the road, management was friendly and prompt in responding to answer questions we had. The house provided all the essentials we needed to have a home away from home. We would definitely come here again!

Great house, great location!

Best place I’ve rented on Miramar Beach. Great location, half way between Popano Joes and Whales Tale, next to Bad Ass Coffee…. Private beach access directly across the street, great Front porch on both first and second levels, big bedrooms and nice and updated bathrooms and kitchen… the pool is small but our 7 and 2 year old granddaughters loved it and was a nice warm sitting pool for the adults… nice community pool as well. This was perfect for our 10 person visit!
