An emergency is anything related to the rental property that is threatening to life, health or property and cannot wait until 9 a.m. to report. The after hours emergency number is a single phone in the hands of an Elaisy Stay employee. If this is a life threatening issue or fire, please call 911. If you have to leave a voicemail, please be thorough in your explanation. Our employee may gather enough information from your voicemail to contact and dispatch our maintenance team before calling you back. If you donât hear from us within 15 minutes, please call back and leave another message. If this is not an emergency and can wait until morning to be addressed, please call our office number, 1 (510) 766-0059, first thing in the morning. We open at 9 am.
Please keep in mind, we are closed after 9pm and if sending maintenance is necessary, getting to your property will require time. Any assistance you can lend to the matter would be greatly appreciated for everyoneâs well-being. If it is necessary, call 911 for emergency services.
