This minimalist stand-alone villa sits within a fenced yard in a quiet residential neighborhood. Amenities are only 5 to 15 minutes away, and the airport is conveniently just 10 minutes from your doorstep. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also fitted with ceiling fans in every room for added comfort.
The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Every room is furnished with a television, ample closet space, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort. We have invested in soft, high-quality bedding, as we take pride in making sure our guests enjoy the best rest possible.
The large living area invites you to relax with its spacious sectional sofa, designed for comfort and perfect for reclining. Movie nights and game nights are a delight on the impressive 75-inch flat screen television. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the tools, crockery, and utensils needed for any chef to prepare a delicious meal. Right beside it, the large dining table seats six to seven peopleâideal for sharing those creations. After all, what is the point of a chefâs masterpiece if there is no grand table to show it off on?
For added convenience, there is a dedicated office with a nearby powder room. Guests can stay connected with reliable Wi-Fi plus a backup internet service. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available.
