• No Smoking – Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $750 cleaning and ozone treatment fee.
• No Pets – To respect guests with allergies, we maintain a pet-free environment.
• Rental Agreement & ID Required – Guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a photo ID upon booking.

We are from Nashville, TN with a love for the Smokies. We enjoy spending time with our family, hiking, traveling, gardening, boating, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. We wanted to bring everything we love about our home to the Smokies for others to enjoy.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love the Smokies and all it has to offer. There is plenty for the kids to do from Pigeon Forge, all the way to Gatlinburg. You can never run out of things to do here. We are only 8 minutes away from Dollywood, 1.1 miles from the Parkway of Pigeon Forge, and Approx 18-20 minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Our outdoor amenities allow us to stand out from the others. You can sit by the warmth of the fire pit, while still being able to watch the kids play through the large glass windows of the pool house, or relax in the hot tub. The property feels so serene, even though you are in the middle of everything Pigeon Forge has to offer.
