• Pool & Hot Tub Safety – Use at your own risk. No jumping, diving, or sitting/standing on the waterfall feature. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Glass-Free Zone – No glass allowed in the pool, hot tub, or pool house.
• Pool Door – Must remain closed and never propped open.
• No Smoking – Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $750 cleaning and ozone treatment fee.
• No Pets – To respect guests with allergies, we maintain a pet-free environment.
• Rental Agreement & ID Required – Guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a photo ID upon booking.
